I have been ordering from EnjoyDokha for 2 and a half years and they have impeccable service and customer support. All the dokha I have ordered has been fresh, giving a good buzz, and fast. Typically orders arrive within 3-5 days. My order was lost once, and I was sent another package right away by Alex after we confirmed it was lost in transit. Highly recommend.

I made 2 orders on Enjoy Dokha on the 1st of July. my order got to my country in 2 days but got stuck in customs as they declared the tobacco as filters with an incorrect amount.
The customs office sent me a notice to send them a new airway bill and customs declaration after which I contacted Enjoy Dokha on 2 occasions for a resolution.

UPDATE: I got a call from the manager instantaneously and he addressed the miscommunication. Also appreciate the Quick and efficient resolution of a same day re-ship that they provided!! Thank you for the exemplary post sales support Alex :)

Due to lockdown I have not been able to travel to the Middle East and stock up on Dokha but Enjoy Dokha always comes through with the best quality you can get! Will definitely continue being a regular customer, one hope is that ordering in bulk (20+ bottles) could be a little cheaper but I understand fully the costs of shipping to the UK, tax etc.

I ordered the silver starter kit from them, LOVED IT. Iv been having dokha for years in UAE, been craving it for so long. Finally I have an authentic place to order stuff from. At first I was a little skeptical regarding the freshness of the products, but the dokha was as fresh as it gets. The blends are just as good as when I used to have them in UAE.
