Have tried to contact the company multiple times to cancel the subscription and they don’t get back to you. There is no way to cancel it on their website. Complete scam, do not purchase!

I ordered this product and didn't realise it was a subscription, after the second package arrived I sent many messages to cancel, with no response and they still take money every month, how can I stop this without having to close my bank account.

I bought the tanning drops on Facebook…
I bought the tanning drops on Facebook but didn't realise there is an option for one time purchase or repeat ,I received a email saying the second batch was being shipped, money had been taken from my account, I emailed to say I didn't want the second lot ,within a day they replied to my email and cancelled my order,can't fault there response

While I have no fault with product
While I have no fault with product, my problem is that they now send them on a monthly subscription, I have tried and tried to cancel this but to no avail, their T&C’s state to email them and cancel at anytime, I get no response and they continue to take payments from my credit card.
