If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. As others have written they ask you right away to help with processing fees! Whatever, came out to $12.50, I didn’t mind! A few days later I look at my bank statement and I see $152 instead of $112(original donation was$100). Anyway complained to enthuse and they said it wasn’t them it must be the bank’s fee. Call my bank and they said absolutely not. No transaction fee for a donation. Put in a dispute even though Enthuse was still claiming they didn’t do it. Well the bank went after them and I received my $40 back! It was Enthuse and no apology offered. Be very wary of them! It’s a shame because it’s a great cause!

I was unsure about the security of paying a donation to a site I did not know, but everything went well. Thanks to Danielle Taylor at Enthuse for being so responsive and helping me when I had problems paying by card. The site was simple to use.

I’ve just made a donation for a friend…
I’ve just made a donation for a friend who’s doing the great South run. I pledge £25 and when I came to pay, it was £30. They took a £5 tip! If this was somewhere in the user journey, it was very hidden and definitely not clear. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this organisation. Feels like a scam.

Rishika Bhalla Customer Support Executive Enthuse was very helpful, I had a problem fitting my photo to a fundraising page and Rishika was able to resolve the problem almost effortlessly.
What was really helpful was that the main race website was not working as it should and very quickly you are incredibly grateful for precise accurate support.
