The customer care provided is excellent Jared has been amazing so far, and any inquiries are addressed promptly. Enthuse enhances our fundraising platform, making it more unique and consistent with our core branding, resulting in a streamlined product. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Additionally, they offer flexible packages, which is incredibly helpful for us as a small charity.

My experience in using Enthuse is so positive, their system is well laid out and super user friendly. I absolutely love that we can pre load supporter journeys ahead of events and set dates and times for emails to be sent. The team at Enthuse are super helpful and always there with additional support and ideas on how to maximise the impact of events and campaigns. I cannot recommend them enough!

I reached out to Enthuse after trying and failing for ages to add an offline donation to my fundraising page. I sent an email and heard back really quickly from Danielle Taylor. Danielle was so polite and helpful, and she was able to resolved my issue really quickly. Thank you Danielle for the fantastic customer service.

I'm a participant in a charity event…
I'm a participant in a charity event later this year, whose fundraising is hosted by Enthuse - so far, the experience has been totally positive. Registration was straightforward, and there is a secure but user-friendly system for editing and publishing personal and team news on our page. Enthuse also has a super-helpful customer support team, who have very quickly responded to and solved the two queries we have raised with them. This has enabled us to focus on our team's training, and on disseminating our news with easy links to the donation point. A first-rate service!
