Dishonest, Indifferent, and or incompetent

Do not order. We’ve spent the last week being told that our order would arrive. After multiple attempts to get an order delivered to our school, they delivered to the wrong address. This was after multiple calls and emails to get proofs completed and the order completed. I’ve had to follow up on multiple occasions. When the order arrived, it was less than half the order. As such, our students did not receive their orders on time for the school event. They should be ashamed of their indifference and dishonesty. They have been less than honest and provided multiple excuses. A horrible experience.

Always a good experience

Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Great products.
Only problem was the order system which seems to need a bit more work. I had a couple of glitches, but thanks to Anna everything went smoothly in the end.

If there was a zero, I would choose it.

No phones work. Their deadlines are a joke. For a huge company, their wesbite, customer service and timelines should be better.

Lesson learned.

Slow service

We ordered out academy hoodies in Sep and received them only now in November. It was help in a loop as accounting did not process it and we were not notified at our end

no happy at all ..

no happy at all ... your design team should know the proper size for numbers on a hockey jersey.. when i explained to them that on the proof they looked small they assured me it would be ok,,, so i appoved the artwork.. upon receiving the product i was very dissapointed not only the letters were small they dont comply with hockey canada rules.. further more when tried to explain this to entripy ,.. i was constantly deflected with excuses ,,, i simply wanted to explain to maybe help with a future order,,

Colours and Stock

Customer service is quick. Not much customization allowed. You need new purple colours, some of the purple colours look more navy.

Also, rush service is not provided for every item, which caused a big delay on my end. If a product is not available it should show "out of stock" I had to order adult size jerseys for instead of ladies, they were a bit long due to that.

Overall, quality was there. I would re-order in the future.

Wally And Anna from Entripy Custom Clothing expressed phenomenal client care for our team from the beginning of the process to the pickup of the finished product (the end of the process). They really took the time, to explain everything, work with us (the client), on the pricing was great, the product, everything, they truly exemplified client care. I want you to know. There are not too many businesses out there that have this mindset. A shout out to ALL staff who worked on our T-Shirts the graphics, the intricacies of our T-Shirts. It's all about service

I was looking for a small run of custom t-shirts. I sent an e-mail to customer service and waited. The response was fast, the service I received was awesome, very responsive. I was directed to a few product selections, a proof was provided and all got done in the allowed time. I had an amazing experience with Anna!

Friendly & Helpful

I was new to my job, trying to figure out how to reorder product from an account I could not access due to changes made by both Entripy and our office. With Entripy's patient help, they made my first time ordering a breeze. They located old account info and carried the design forward to our new account. Locating the original design was much appreciated as I didn't have to start from scratch.
The order was received by Entripy and processed quickly as well. Excellent customer service -- friendly and helpful. And our customers love the bags!

Missed the mark.

We have always had great service with Entripy in the past, but I have to say this was unfortunately fell short. Our order was 3 weeks late- but we didn’t receive notice it wouldn’t arrive until the day before our event- even though they hadn’t even started processing. Communication really missed the mark this time. Although they said we would receive a reimbursement %- we still have not received that.

When we did receive our order- it was done beautifully. But I have to say this experience was disappointing.
