Ordered two different screen protectors for Samsung. Arrived incomplete and one wrong size, rendering them useless. No replies to attempts at communicating. Dismal service. Luckily refund obtained through PayPal.

Defective product ( screensaver) and would not refund
BEWARE THIS COMPANY!

I order hair Straightener took over a month to get only for it not the get hot at all. $37 taken they offered $3 back PayPal did nothing to get my refund. Company just apologized and kept my money for a defective product.

Don’t purchase anything! Cheap products with inflated prices. They take forever to arrive.

Warning!! Do not shop from this company! I bought a Hair straightener styling comb wich did not get hot why it was completely useless. I tried to get my money back but they never helped me. I got into a discussion with a robot and some standard answers but no help. They offered me a discount but I did not want to pay for a broken product. In the end, after weeks of writing, they offered me to send it back but I had to pay for the transport which is expensive, even though the product was broken!! I would never shop here again!!

Scammers.
They send a cheaper useless version of what they advertised. Refuse to refund money offering a small amount like $2 then $5 when I paid Australian $66 even though they say they will refund if not satisfied.

They don’t deserve even 1 star
Their ad is a scam
They refused to reimburse my order and didn’t accept to return.

DONT ORDER! THEY SCAM YOU! I ordered a Thymo hairstraightner wich you also can make curls with. I paid 330 SEK for it. First I waited LONG TIME. And I got the delivery today.... Its not a Thymo. This has NO BRAND on it at all! And it looks different, cant make curls, doesent have 5 different heat positions, gets too hot and you can NOT have it against your scalp cause it will burn you! And with Thymo you can. The one I got doesent even make the hair straight as its supposed to. Now I cant contact them, cause both emails doesent exist. So dissapointed!
Dont order, they just rip you off!

Unfortunately it does not let me give a 0 do not buy and these review are not fake. It does not turn off which is dangerous and does not straighten your hair at all. I have asked for a refund for 4 weeks still non now paid $24 usd and they offer compensation of $2 they are scam do not buy from them

DO NOT ORDER anything FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a hair straightener that you can adjust the temperature but the product doesn’t work with the plus and minus so the heater doesn’t work because it’s too cold to straighten the hair. I email with the company and they say it works when they send it and also seeing my photos of the product they say it works! They don’t want to return my money and want to give a compensation of 2 dollars! For a product that I paid over 30 dollars for! So bad custom service!

Ordered a straightener on Nov 29. They kepts sending shipping updates that it was at a port. On Jan 9th I emailed saying it still wasn't here. Jan 10th they send an update that it was delivered on Jan 2nd. You can't reach anyone and the mail replies are automated.

They took me for 75.00 Canadian for two pieces of crap straighteners, then offered 4 USD because it would cost me too much to ship back! FRAUDULENT WEBSITE! Stay away!!!

Ze adverteren met een Tymo hair straightener. Je ontvangt een plastic waardeloos ding wat niks doet voor je haar met een veel te kort snoer er aan!!
Ik ben al dagen bezig om een retouradres te ontvangen, maar ze blijven alleen maar vaag en zeggen dat retour sturen duur is, ze bieden idd een korting aan van 3usd en vandaag van 4usd, belachelijk gewoon. Niets kopen bij hun is mijn advies!!!

I bought a hair straightener comb It was advertised in NZ dollars, but I was charged far more than advertised. Just received my hair straightener comb in the mail today. It arrived in a tatty old box. I had to sit on floor due to cord being so short. The product itself did not straighten my hair, nor did it run through my hair like the video showed. What it did do was start to smoke as soon as I turned it on. All it is is a cheap plastic toy.

Scam company from China. Ordered what I thought was the original hair iron comb from TYMO, but got a defective, cheap piece of junk that looks like it came from the dollar store or a toy store. This is the same company that sold me counterfeit perfume. They appropriate other companies and products. It is a scam. They don’t refund and tell you to keep the item or “bear the high cost of shipping”. They are all over Facebook and TikTok so beware and stay away.

They sell very bad quality products and refuse to let me return them. Their custumer service is horrible! Never buy anything here!

They sent a faulty item then would only give US$3 discount which is ridiculous. Product was the hair straightener and is not worth purchasing. Stay away from this company probably a scam.

Do not order from here! Their images look nothing like the real thing. And when I asked for a return/refund, they refused in very bad english. Probably a company in China. Not trustworthy.

Fabric was great. Great size for adult head. Worked great for our Halloween theme.
