Arrived in good time, the item wasn't as expected. Slow to answer emails and slow to deal with refunds.

I had an issue with an item sent so contacted the company and spoke to a lady called Joanna. She was extremely understanding and wanted to put the situation right so gave me the option of a replacement or refund. I chose a replacement which is even better than the item I originally ordered. Many thanks to Joanna for organising the replacement, her kindness and for being so understanding!

Easy to navigate and order from site….. order arrived promptly with no issues, was packaged well….. Toy I ordered is very robust for my Springer ( and she loves it!)….. Love the fact treats are natural which is a big plus….. all in all brilliant 😁

A great find for supplies for our labrador.

Delivery was swift - We placed an order mid-week with standard delivery and happy to receive in time for the weekend.

We were really impressed with the quality of products. The padded dog collar for our labrador looks really robust and will last her a good few years. The dog treats and toys were great value for money and the toys in particular appear to be really plush and hard wearing.

Most importantly, I feel that epaws have given us incredible value for money and I am sure we'll be shopping again soon.
