1. You have registered personal account for corporate E-mail. Both of your domains have been blocked from NameCheap side for SCAM/HYIP reason.
2. We always try to help our clients and have special department for analysing such requests, which сarefully considers the problem and then makes a decision.
Of course we need time to make the decision.
3. You replied for our questions in 2-3 hours (more than 10 messages) and this significantly reduced our speed of work. However, you wrote a negative review accusing us of working speed.
But despite all your mistakes, we solved your problems and both of your issues have been successfully resolved.

Пользуюсь регулярно для вывода личных средств на карты украинских банков (monobank и privat bank). Комиссия адекватная, деньги зачисляются моментально. Если и бывают какие-то задержки, то исключительно на стороне принимающей стороны/банка.
Немного завышены комиссии на вывод средств в Payeer и AdvCash (4.99%). Пожалуй, это единственный минус в системе.
А так я всем довольна и буду продолжать пользоваться кошельком.
