I had an excellent experience with Shuja and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. He was so professional and the price I paid for the installation of a Joycharge port was competitive. Another installer had installed a cheap product that didn't work. Shuja removed the fake product at no cost. He remained very cheerful while working and helped to explain how things worked to me. I reached out to Shuja from EP Electronics based on a question referral from someone I trust. Ours was a complex EV charger installation as our consumer main unit is in the front of the house, whereas the car gets parked at the back of the house.
