Stumbled upon a video review from this company on YouTube. Really informative comparison and once I’d started looking for the piano a Yamaha DGX-670 they had the best price. Excellent professional, friendly communication and when there was a small issue over a missing component the representative couldn’t have been more helpful. Sorted immediately. Unlikely I’d go anywhere else now. Highly recommended from a very satisfied, happy customer.

Where do I start with ePianos.....Over the years I have had many many keyboards form all different retailers, but non touch ePianos for professionalism, courtesy, and service, nothing was to much trouble for them.(EG replacing the keyboard because I was not happy that the courier droped it off the back of the tail board and then rolling it to my front door) I fully recommended ePianos and would go nowhere else in the future.

Bought pedal board second hand from epianos.co.uk. Delivered quicker than their website suggested and works really well. The one problem, which I blame on the courier, is that the box was damage and a slight cosmetic impact was made on the pedal board. As it works well, was very reasonable and the issue seems to be the courier (it was packaged really well), I’m still giving 5 stars and won’t be complaining to the company - I’m a happy enough customer and businesses have been having it rough lately.

These Guys at ePianos are incredible!. I purchased the new Clavinova CVP805 in December and didn't realise how powerful this Beautiful and complex bit of kit really Is. Like all Complex technology these Days it required a learning curve to master it. The manual that comes with it is a basic guide. So,for help we have called ePianos on many occasions for that extra bit of help and all of our problems have been solved with David and Chris. Today we was invited to the showroom and Davids expertise and help regarding the CVP805 was second to none!. Its not about the cost its about the help and after sales that this company provides!.. They recognise the importance of there customers!.. Good job guys.. Highly Recommended!. Gary and Susie Malin.

I had occasion this time in asking for advice on transferring registrations from one keyboard to another (via an e mail) and had a helpful response
within minutes , which fitted the bill nicely. Thank you Chris and David.

Not a very good experience im afraid.I bought a Tyros 5 from these people having read there good feedback having paid the top price for the goods i.e a stand.a foot pedal and the keyboard all second hand which i could of got a lot cheaper from elsewhere (my fault).Firstly i was let down on the delivery date as i waited in most of the day when i should have been doing something else which i cacelled because they said they were delivering and no one turned up and never even told me there was a problem as they got the delivery date mixed up ..phoned them and all i got was apologies then i was told that there was no stand that came with it ..didnt tell me i that i needed one when i made my purchase??.(more exspense)..the keyboard arrived the following day in excellent condition and was set up by the courier which i was happy with.The free DVD set is almost unuseable and is unproffesionaly done as there is hardly and sound from them (unuseable for the hard of hearing) and will only play on a dvd player (useless for anyone without a dvd player) ..I had to convert them myself to play on my computer.Hardly any corespondence from epianos throughout and well over £2200 spent with them.Sorry for the bad review but this is how it was for me. I have been buying Technics and Yamaha organs and keyboards from this company for about twenty five years and have always had nothing less than excellent service.
At the grand old age of 75 I have decided to semi retire, spend more time at home., so part exchanged my Yamaha keyboard for a 20 year old Technics GA3 organ. I do just love the sound of Technics!
So, what did I get for my money? A beautiful piece of furniture. An organ in virtually as new condition, The cheapest GA3 advertised on the internet together with the best part exchange allowance, throwing in a few floppy disks free of charge, if one remembers what they are!
This is no exception, that is why I have been dealing with this company for so long.

I don't know why no one leaves any review on Trustpilot for ePiano.co.uk.

After a long research, comparing price, different models and different sellers, I decided to purchase my first digital piano from epiano.co.uk. It's pricing on the market is very competitive, they also offer 5 year warranty (2 years from Yamaha, 3 year from them)

The customer service is great, the communication through email was very smooth. The sales person was very patient with me, answered all my question back and forth. The only negative thing I can think of is that the next day delivery was missed due to short of supply and together with the holiday season, I had to wait a few extra days for my piano to be delivered. (I'm not too bothered)

I received my Yamaha YDP S34 this morning, it arrived in perfect condition, it was easy to setup, although I recommend two people to assemble the piano. It sounds great, the Smart Pianist app is wonderful, so much easier than those key combinations on the piano itself. I'm also glad I chose YDP S34 over P145 with official stand. It's much more elegant than any portable piano evens with their official stand.

Overall, I had a great experience with ePiano.co.uk, will definitely recommend it to anyone wants to buy a digital piano.
