Love this company and brand! Customer service was very helpful in helping us with an order inquiry. We also just love watching all the channels on YouTube. The transparency of everything and sincerity with delivering good products and information is what keeps me coming back.

I’d been dreaming of Birdie’s Beds for years and finally got 11 in total. Right out of the box, several had scratches from the factory. Within 3 months, the paint started bubbling, peeling, and rust formed.

These beds are advertised as beautiful ultra-durable, built to last 20+ years, and made with high-quality Aluzinc to withstand all environmental conditions. In reality, the scratches exposed the metal, and the paint started to bubble, peel and rust when they came into contact with water. Customer service blamed my soil, mulch, fertilizer, water, and tools rather than acknowledging a defect.

They mishandled my requests for resolution. First, they offered a touch-up paint kit, then a 20% refund. When I requested a full refund or replacement, they came back with 30 % which they did not refund in full as agreed and offered no apology. They even argued that they had refunded the full amount, and I had to provide documentation showing otherwise. Throughout, they kept repeating “Good news your beds integrity is intact and will last!” as if that made the situation better, when in reality it did not. When I requested a small gesture of a gift card for seeds to help bring joy back to my garden for the frustration, they deducted it from the refund instead.

I’m disappointed after investing time, money, and trust. Others may have better experiences, but I wanted to share mine so potential buyers are aware. My beds will continue to corrode and are no longer the beautiful pride of my garden, I can only hope they last, but at some point they will become unsightly and need to be replaced before the advertised 20 years.

We are very disappointed in the quality of customer service of this company. We bought several raised garden beds from them. One of them was missing the raised bed bracing kit. For the love of God we could not get a hold of anyone in this company. All the links under the "Contact us" are dead. We have tried to email them several times, called and left voicemail several times. No one has ever gotten back to us. It is very frustrated and we regretted buying from this company. Never again.

I recently ordered from Epic Gardening, and while the shipping experience wasn’t ideal—one of the two boxes arrived four days late, and the second came two days after that—their customer service truly made up for it.

The first box had some damaged plants with dead leaves falling off, so I immediately reached out with photos and a video. I did not want them to loose out on their shipping and such either. Epic Gardening responded quickly, thanked me for letting them know (and for caring about their business too), and said they’d be resending all three items that same day. I really appreciated how proactive and understanding they were—it shows they care not just about their customers, but also about doing right by their own standards.

I can’t wait to receive the replacement items. Despite the shipping hiccup, I’ll definitely keep supporting them because their customer service is exceptional.

Their Epic seed trays are the best on the market, and I love being able to buy Botanical Interest seeds at the same time. Their customer service is truly exemplary.

I have been buying from Epic Gardening for a little over 2 years now and all of there items are of good quality. Love the sales and free shipping! The customer service department is outstanding!!! The videos are very informative, I can't say enough about this awesome EPIC website!!! I am having the best experience with this company.

I ordered birdies raised beds and they shipped and arrived within a few days. Easy to assemble and great quality. Loving them so far.

I've ordered multiple times from Epic Gardening, and I've always had great customer service. Over the past 4 years, I've ordered 10 raised beds, garden mulch, tools, seeds, seed starting trays, a grow light, and garlic. There have been a couple of times when things didn't turn out the way I wanted (for example, I got a bag of mulch that was riddled with seeds) and each time I've reached out to customer service they've promptly made it right. I'm a HUGE fan of Epic Gardening!

Love this raise beds! I have around 30 of them now. The soil here is not great for in ground gardening so slowly over the last 5 years I have been changing my home made raise beds to the Birdies.

I have been following Epic Gardening for awhile and love the helpful tips they put out. I’ve been interested in the raised beds and finally decided to purchase during their Memorial Day sale. It ended up being removed from my cart as I was checking out and changed to out of stock. I contacted customer service to ask about and they responded very quickly. They were very polite and professional. They offered to honor the promo once the beds were back in stock. The items surprisingly came back in stock during the promo period, and customer service reached out to let me know. I was able to check out successfully! I’ve received the beds, and am excited to get them set up and start gardening! If you’re on the fence about ordering from this company, I highly recommend. They have very responsive and friendly customer service and are easy to work with.

While it took a while for my order to ship, not Epic’s fault (high demand product), they were very responsive to my emails. Great customer service!

This company helped me get my green thumb activated and going the last 2 years. I found EG on YouTube when I started wondering about what to do with our unused backyard and started following and learning from Kevin and Jacques and affiliates since then. Super informative folks! I have a flower garden and I've been growing tomatoes, cucumbers and other stuff since then
Their seed company is great, majority of the seeds I use are from Botanical Interest and the EG products are durable and they still look new even after 2 years. Thank you, Epic Gardening!

Love the raised beds! Finally got them up and running this spring. No more crawling on the ground to plant. Kevin's videos on Epic Gardens Youtube channel helped me get everything off to a successful start from soil to irrigation system. So enjoying the garden this year!

I am a big fan of Epic Gardening, and I found Kevin's YouTube channel in the early days before the homestead. I have taken my gardening from eh to wow with the help of the products and information that Epic Gardening offers. The epic 6-cell and tray are a game changer in my seed starting. Pair that with the seeds from their other company, Botanical Interest it is a winning combo. I have gone from store-bought starts to growing my own, which I never thought I would be able to do. Absolutely love the garden beds I purchased! They were really easy to put together, are great quality, and seem like they will last a very long time. Pricing was fair (their sales are good) and shipping was fast.

TLDR: Products are solid quality. Their team is knowledgeable. Their tech support and supply team care about your receiving your products. Their blogs, visual media, equipment, and outreach have cultivated a strong brand that will assist you in becoming successful in your gardening endeavors.

I've been using Epic Gardening's tips tricks and equipment for around 3 years. After military service, I started to garden to make the change back into civilian life easier. I started with their lined bags back when there were Root pouches and their own line. I started with 5 and 10 gallon bags and had great success. This year I expanded my container space with several of the lined versions I fell in love with them. I have used the 60g with great results and am getting good results so far with my new 15g and 25g lined bags. I have used and "abused" them, by not emptying them out and leaving them to fend in the New England elements and they are still holding strong with no major sign of damage other than some dirt, moss, here and there. I love using their catalogue of seeds and I will be sad when my Pineapple ground cherry seeds run out. I am excited to see how their seed line performs past the germination phase, which was phenomenal.

The products always seem to be good. Made of good materials, as described, and well-made. The only issue I have with this company is that they seem a little messy between the order being placed and the item arriving at your house. I have a package that Shop tells me is coming today from Epic Gardening. But I have YET to receive an order confirmation email. The order was placed 8 days ago. And I have checked my spam folder. Nothing confirming my order or shipping has ever come with this order.

I've placed several order from Epic, both for reusable equipment (mostly grow bags and seed trays) and seeds. All products were delivered quickly as described. Their reusable seed trays meet expectations (have not had enough time with the grow bags to assess their durability), and their seeds have a great germination rate and are hardy.
I plan on buying a few more trays from them to reduce how much single-use plastics I go through, more seeds next spring, and several fruit trees that can survive my area.
