Non arrival of order

I received notification on 08.10.22 that my order no 1084 was on its way but six days later it hasn’t arrived.
I have tried to track the order but the Royal Mail web site is down at the moment.
I’m disappointed that I haven’t received my order and will now have the hassle of trying to find out what has happened to it.
A disappointing first experience.
15.11.22. Thank you for your response. I have in fact received the goods today and I was impressed that they were in a Moroccan Oil carrier bag which was ideal if giving as a gift. I appreciate your response as not all sellers would take the time to do this.
The items were well packaged, just took a bit longer to arrive than I had expected due to Royal Mail.
Yes I would recommend this company.

Hi Barbara. Thank you very much for your review. I can confirm that your order was indeed picked, packed and shipped the very next day (8th November). Having checked the Royal Mail website, we too have found this to be down. However it does state that you can still get tracking info if you download their app. I am sorry to hear about your frustrations in this instance but unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for any disruptions within the Royal Mail service, as this is completely out of our hands. I am sure that your order will be with you shortly, plus it is still within the 14 working days period that we advise our customers to please allow for in our Shipping Policy. Moroccan oil hair brush

I found hair brush quite uncomfortable to use as when
using it closer to my scalp it was vey harsh, worked as it helped when drying the rest of my hair(medium length) but brush needs to be used from top to bottom
for a good result without discomfort.

Great product

Great experience the order arrived really quickly and well packaged. So why the 4 stars? I would like companies to stop using posh bags which I just throw away. Products do not need this and just cost more and could make the product more affordable.

Hi Wendy. Thank you very much for your purchase, support and your feedback, We really appreciate it. With regards to the bags, those are provided to us by the manufacturer and are complimentary. The manufacturer doesn't always provide these, they are a promotional tool and are in no way reflected in the product price. Because many of our customers by our products as gifts, if we have the complimentary bags in stock then we use them. Sorry if this wasn't fully to your satisfaction on this occasion, but thank you so kindly for the feedback.
