TK was exceptional in his ability to deliver detailed, high-quality verification reports on a number of Chinese suppliers and factories.
I was working to extremely tight deadlines, and TK and his team consistently delivered comprehensive reports in record time without compromising on quality. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and the insights they provided gave me the confidence to move forward with the right suppliers.
I highly recommend TK and his team to anyone looking to source from or verify suppliers in China. Their professionalism, speed, and attention to detail are second to none.

Garrick was very nice and easy to talk…
Garrick was very nice and easy to talk too, It was great having him drive us around. We wasted a bit of time on the first day going to a shop we probably should have done the last day just so we could make the most of the other factories first where our priorities were. We ended up doing 3 days with Garrick and 3 days without revisiting some of the places Garrick took us too and then wandering around those areas to find more shops. It was good to go with a guide the first 3 days so we could get our bearings a little bit and understand how things go when in shops talking to suppliers. Worth hiring especially if you aren’t willing to go out in your own.

Insightful
TK and his team create very insightful reports. We used Epic Sourcing for a Supplier Verification Report to research our supplier, and the level of detail would have been very difficult to replicate on our own. We look forward to using Epic Sourcing for more sourcing needs in the future
