I ordered a police jeep for my toddler from Epic Stuff (using Amazon) and initially, I was a bit dubious as I hadn’t heard of this company before but Epic Stuff turned out to be a brilliant find.

The quality of the jeep is fantastic and when I accidentally broke the steering wheel (and then my toddler broke the walkie talkie), I contacted the company expecting to pay for replacements but they kindly sent me out two replacement free of charge. Their customer service was exceptional and the representative was beyond helpful.

Process was easy after having to download the app to get 10% off. The app then offered me 20% but on contacting Epicstuff this was not the case. A very quick reply to my email. Thank you

I was kept in the know regarding delivery 100%.

Packaging was robust and quad bike comes on a metal holding frame. Extremely heavy bit of kit.
Due to the package being up ended it had moved/slipped off the frame.

Transfers wrinkled, but not an issue for us as didn't want to put them on.

The update. The blue plastic inner rims were difficult to fit. Managed by pushing as much of the plastic as possible into the metal tyre rim, warmed the plastic inner rim with a hairdryer and hit it with a rubber mallet. Make sure your air valve is situated so as easy to inflate tyres when needed. It was not easy to fit these, but they are cosmetic and I suppose you could just not fit them.

The rubber wheel nut covers are also not easy to fit. I used a hairdryer again to make them malleable. But once on they do refit easier.

There is not a lot to this product, so I am not sure why it is not sold assembled.

We had problems with the rear grab bar. The holes on one side did not allow the nuts and bolts to fit through (a section had been welded on the wrong way round) the grab bar on one sided properly. We used a slightly smaller nut and bolt to solve this. Epicstuff were convinced it was correct and the original nut and bolt would fit, but it wasn't possible (easy workaround).

With further use there are two more points to note. The main frame seemed to be showing spots of rust after only a few uses (can always strip down and respray in the summer, but another job to get done). A joint on the back hydrolic break system hits the battery as the suspension is loaded, even with 5 year old child on (may cause problems in the future if not adapted).

Epicstuff staff were very helpful with the problems that occured (I have not made them aware of the rust and the break joint knocking into the battery yet), these things are just difficult to show and resolve over the sharing of a few photos and emails.

This product is great fun and robust.

Nearly a year on. This quad bike is such fun and grows with the child's confidence.
If you have the money and the space you won't be disappointed.

It quiet due to being battery powered so nicer than a petrol one we had many years ago.

I keep it in a stable and covered. So still looks good with a normal amount of maintenance.

Omg! I left my sons fourth birthday present until the very last minute and placed an order hoping it would come in time, and so thankful that it literally took 2 days to come which was just in time foe his birthday. My son was so happy and it is also quite a nippy little bike that keeps both my boys entertained. My eldest son is 7 and loves it so much also. Very happy, fingers crossed it lasts a long time.
