Just a quick review to say thank you for the fabulous service we have just received. I placed an order for a dog suit with a zip as our boy has had hind leg surgery and finds it difficult to bend. Whilst on the phone the very lovely lady who I spoke with also mentioned that you offer a repair service for a small fee. I returned the original suit we bought a few years ago as the hind leg was split and requested a zip to be put in. The order was completed and returned within a matter of days!! Both suits are fabulous and we are very grateful for the speed and quality of the suits. We find it much easier to get our boy Charlie into his suit now and the fit is perfect. 🐶💙

Equafleece products are the very best on the market world wide. My pups have a selection of tankies and other coats .I would never consider any other product, ever, they are outstanding. The quality is superb, hardwearing, soft, they wash beautifully and last a lifetime. I regularly meet other dog walkers who ask about my dogs Equafleece's. I always highly recommend them, they are worth every cent, Thank you Equafleece for keeping my two beautiful rescue doggos warm and dry

I have had our equafleece for a few years now and i just wanted to say it is as good as ever. It had its toughest test with a 5 mile walk in torrential rain at times: our own high quality coats leaked, but our cavalier's body was completely dry when I removed her suit . Really phenomenal and how it keeps the mud off too. What a clever material as the rain couldn't have been heavier . Thank you for an amazing product.

Excellent quality as always, super quick dispatch and company is really responsive to emails and enquiries as well as being really helpful and friendly. Items are fantastic quality and well worth the money. I have a small dog who gets cold and hates getting wet, the jumpers and coats are ideal for her. We own a coat, jumper and a suit and they keep her warm and dry. My dog is comfortable in everything she has, has a full range of movement and nothing rubs or chafes and she warm and dry in winter walks. We also use them after bathing to help her dry off. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Equafleece.

We are so pleased with our fleece jkt for our rather small cockapoo the first one was too big I must have measured wrong but equafleece exchanged it and I had a new one in 2 days and it fits perfectly. Well done to this firm it is no doubt top notch.

To measure 3 long haired border collies was extremely challenging!
My first email was New Years day, I certainly didn't expect a response that evening.
The next day I sent 3 photos of my boys along with measurements to confirm the size required. Within an hour I had my reply, placed my order and received them the very next day.
Excellent communication, customer service and not to forget the dog coats are amazing. The boys look very handsome. Most importantly keeping them dry

Excellent durability .
Easy to wash and dry quickly.
Keep rain at bay. The dogs always feel dry after use. Ive just ordered 2 more Dog jumpers for my Weimaraners .
They readily put them on and are happy to wear them. Other coats have rubbed them in the past . Brilliant customer service .
Don't really need new they last years but so impressed I wanted a spare pair .
Recommend highly.
Definitely worth the cost due to longevity and durability . Probably would last the lifetime of an adult dog.

Excellent customer service. I phoned for fitting advice on Friday morning and was helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable adviser. My dog jumpers arrived by Royal Mail the following day. Perfect fit and excellent quality. So refreshing to find a truly professional Company.

Blown away by the fantastic service, had to exchange for a smaller size, the customer service team helped me get the correct size, which my replacement suit arrived the next day after they received my return. Quality of the suit is great and they are the best quality dog suits I've had for both dogs, highly recommend

Ich habe 4 von 6 Hundepullover retourniert, Equafleece weigert sich jedoch die zuviel gezahlten Zollgebühren zu erstatten oder die notwendigen Unterlagen (Einfuhrabgabenbescheid) bereitzustellen.
Ergänzung (16.01.2025): Um die Zollgebühren vom deutschen Zoll erstattet zu bekommen, benötigt man die (internationale) Sendungsnummer des Transportunternehmens, welches die Ware über die Grenze gebracht ud somit verzollt hat.
Equafleece hat mir allerdings eine Sendungsnummer bereitgestellt, von der DHL sagt, dies sei ein innerdeutscher Transport. Somit kann ich dann natürlich auch keine Zollgebührenerstattung mit dieser Nummer beantragen....

I’ve been using this company since I got a dog and all my three wears their products. Fleeces are fantastic.
Also customer service is excellent. I mailed them on Sunday but I got reply so quickly. That’s I want. Great support Thank you.

This company is second to none and so are their products.
I have had several dog jumpers over the years for the various sized dogs we have had. I now have a new rescue dog who is much larger than my previous ones and not quite a 'standard' shape.
I measured (great video to show you how) but still managed to make an error. We are travelling to the French coast on Saturday so called to see what best to do. We re-measured over the phone and the replacement arrived yesterday and is perfect. I returned the original on Saturday and have already received my refund.

Their customer service is fantastic. I ordered the wrong size for my dog and it was sorted and managed in less that a week. They answered all my small questions and I only wish other people were as good as this.

I have a small Shih Tzu who real feels the cold. Tried all the standard coats but none of them fitted properly. Tried Equafleece, first one had too long a neck but very helpful customer service assistant helped me to select the perfect coat which fits beautifully and keeps him really warm. The quality of materials and workmanship are excellent. I have hand washed it a couple of times ant it still looks and fits like new. Very happy customer!

I am so pleased with the Equafeece dog suit for my whippet girl. Not only is this a product with great green credentials made from recycled materials, it fits my dog perfectly and is so well made. This is the 4th dog jumper I’ve ordered from Equafleece. Thank you to the amazing makers at Equafleece.

Just bought a dog suit for my Chihuahua. The legs were too long so cut them shorter which was fine. She wasn't happy walking in it at first, but is slowly getting used to it. Only disappointing point, is that there is no hole to poke the harness clips through to attach a lead, so I'm going to cut a hole and hope it's ok. I did try putting the harness over the dog suit, but then too difficult to remove if dog is too hot.

I ordered from them on Nov 18 several days after the Canada post strike (Nov 15) but they still shipped Canada post! There was no option to choose the carrier and I had no idea which one they were going to use, assuming they would use one that's functioning. I wrote them and their response was "how frustrating for you".

I have yet to receive the two sweaters and it's getting cold here. Two sweaters were over $200 Canadian. :/
