Unbelievably frustratingI purchased a rug over a week ago, and it hasn't even left the warehouse. I've been reaching out daily through the store, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Laura continues to ignore my refund requests, and there's no update on the shipment. The way they handle customers is appalling, and I can't recommend them under any circumstances. I've now reached out to my bank to reclaim my money.Update (Nov 24): The order was canceled, yet the refund hasn't been issued, and now their website is down!

Absolutely shocking

Shocking customer service, would avoid at all costs. I have now contacted my bank to get a refund.
Edit (24th Nov): Despite order cancelled, STILL no refund processed and website now shut!

I am glad you have contacted your bank for a refund as we are still experiencing some difficulties but we as a business haven't ignored you. Unfortunately we have run into some technical difficulties which we have been working on to rectify. Though I understand your review completely, and will not dispute it. This blip for our business isn't who we are as a company at all, we are not a scam company, we are a small, family run business so it has impacted us hugely.

Fraudulent transaction
The company took payment for an item that they did not have in stock. I have still not received the refund and the "Managing Director" is now ignoring messages and emails. It has now been referred to Paypal and the issue has been escalated as the company has not responded to Paypal either.

Slow dispatch
Slow dispatch, paid for 3-5 working days delivery, now on day 10 and my order still hasn’t arrived! Still saying DPD is waiting for my order!

We do have to state that we are only on business day 6 with your order, your item has been dispatched and you have received a tracking number on the 16th for this, but it is unfortunately out of our control what happens when your parcel is in the hands of DPD. We can only chase them from that point, which we will absolutely do for you. Please understand your 1 star review does make us sad, as we are well within our T&Cs and we would have loved the chance to communicate prior.
