Only 1 small problem I was left on hold for 15 plus minutes to discuss my renewal. It would have been better to request a callback. Once I got through, lovely staff, professional service.

Excellent service
Excellent service - one phone call to review my renewal quotation and then sorted. Nice to talk to a call handler who was knowledgeable and helpful.

Quick and relatively easy to renew
Quick and relatively easy to renew. Appreciated email reminders. Only criticism is that the auto messaging when you phone has a woman shouting instructions and options at you at a rate of knots that really stressed me out.

Good value cover
Plus points - Good price on my renewal, telephone assistance was good once I got through.
Minus points - Renewal link sent by email didn’t work, so had to phone, but I was hanging on the phone for a long time waiting for an answer.
