Excellent Service. Received order within 20 hours, unfortunately too big, ordered another and returned this one, refund was processed within a couple of hours of them receiving the parcel. Product quality is excellent, very happy with my purchase!

Product is perfect just bloody expensive

The coats are incredibly well made, we now have four of them in our household! The company sends items out so quickly (I ordered yesterday afternoon at 2pm, paid for the express delivery and less than 24 hours later it had arrived!) The returns process is quick and easy. I wish every company operated like Equidry.

Fab quick ordering, and delivery fab quality and dises what it says on the label lol.

Product size description a bit misleading, 1st one ordered massive going on your size guide. Product seems OK but returns having to print and post back a little hard work. Luckily mum kept other one testing it against her stormlite on farm.

I am 5ft 1” and got the XXS which is perfect,room for a gilet underneath if needed.
Very well thought out jacket,I am sure it will be my go to jacket for many outings.

I bought the Equimac version of the Equidry. This is because I am menopausal and I was bit concerned that the other two thermal rated coats would be a bit too hot for me. Nearly everyone at my yard has this coat, so I did resist a little bit as I do like to stand out a bit from the crowd LOL.

However, after having a very wet winter, I got some money for Christmas and decided to go ahead and I ordered the deep purple version.

There is a slight delay due to them waiting for stock, but they communicated this with me after I queried it with them . They also after my suggestion change the wording slightly on the website to make it obvious about what was in stock and what wasn’t in stock so I thought that was great that they took that on board and they made it clearer for the customer

I have since taken my dogs out twice in pouring rain. I live locally to some common land, and I took them out for over an hour in torrential rain . At one point, I even sat on a bench looking at the view in the pouring down rain and I didn’t get wet once. I have the new design which has the skirts in it so I have a lot of potential for adjustment with this jacket, I cinched it in at the waist I have an adjustable hood so I stayed lovely and dry and even my glasses stayed dry which is really unusual for me. Even though my coat does not have a thermal lining in it I still stayed really warm and dry. It was actually a pleasure to walk in the rain for once.

After having a previously bad experience with another company who produces jackets it was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company.

I also love that their jackets are very inclusive so even if you are chunky girl like myself, these jackets will fit you and keep you dry. Which believe me is rare, as a chunky girl, I always struggle to find truly waterproof coats that fits my big chest as I am a big chested girl.. Retailers are not in general inclusive to BBW! so it pleases me greatly that this company are very inclusive. I also love the waterproof vanity skirts under the zips because they truly make it more waterproof.

You also have a massive selection of colours , which I love because I like to stand out for safety when I’m walking and also riding obviously.

Well done Equidry for a brilliant design.

The only thing that I feel that you could do to improve the Mac is to put zipped air vents into the armpits, as this would make it even more seasonable. As it would be quite warm to wear in the summer, however, with the vents, I feel that you would have the opportunity to open them, to help keep cool. Keep your cool as well as dry for the summer. So that is literally the only thing That I could constructively suggest. As I do have other summer waterproof jackets that have this feature and it is very very useful.

So perhaps before you do your next run of jackets, you could add this to your design to make it absolutely perfect. :)🤩

A gift from my husband, my All Rounder is excellent for wet and cold weather walking, but has 2 flaws - the hood is huge and not adjustable so blows down in windy weather. The hand warming pockets are positioned low, so the rain runs down sleeves into pockets, and are lined with thermal fleece so don't use body heat to warm your hands as most hand warming pockets do.

Bought as a present for my daughter’s riding instructor, and he’s very pleased with it. Website was easy to navigate, product description was very helpful and detailed, delivery was speedy.

Waited over a week longer than delivery stated only to receive a coat where the stitching is coming undone before it’s even out of the bag - left seriously out of pocket and inconvenienced to get to high street and return it as (they won’t pick it up from Channel Islands) or be stuck with a very expensive tatty broken coat - very disappointed

Updated after reply: I didn’t receive anything. Got an offer of 10% discount which would not even cover the cost of me getting to the high street to get it returned or repaired let alone any postage cost so I’m stuck with a very expensive broken coat or paying for more. If you can’t service offshore customers you shouldn’t. Or just don’t send faulty products and where you do, take responsibility and fix it.

Very impressed - I purchased an Equidry coat online and even though I had to return it due to a size issue, the company were very efficient when processing the refund. I will definitely use them again when the time comes for a new coat!

An expensive investment but great product

Coat is amazing love it!! but had to send first one back as size was not right and that costs alot and that was with following the size guide on website, so I think they could maybe make that clearer by also adding measurements? Also because I has then brought from you and opted for the 150 pounds to be store credit, for when I brought the next size one I even brought the more expensive one too, it made me pay for the postage again. I think that was a bit cheeky considering it's ment free. So trick is definitely get the right size the first time. But best coat I own that's for sure I love it!
