I had a really great experience working with James “Jim” Hammond at EquiFund Mortgage. He was able to get me a 1% lower interest rate than other lenders with the same closing costs, which honestly made a huge difference.

That 1% saves me $226.52 a month, gives me almost $40k more in buying power, and could cut over 6 years off my loan if I throw the monthly savings toward principal — more than $91k in lifetime savings. That’s real money.

What I appreciated most was how straightforward Jim was. He gave solid market advice, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and didn’t overcomplicate anything. The whole process felt smooth and transparent. I’d definitely recommend Jim and EquiFund Mortgage if you want someone who knows what they’re doing and looks out for you.
