Great value, very well packaged, prompt delivery by two man team. Would definitely buy from Ercol Outlet again.

Great quality as usual. Processing our order was prompt and we didn’t have to wait long for the delivery. Communication about delivery was very good. The delivery men were very helpful.

As others have observed ERCOL 'Customer Service' is non existent; they are simply not interested. Their furniture is NOT built to last. I sent them pictures of Chairs with Legs pushing through the Seat and with Back Rails coming loose due to shrinkage. The allegedly 'Solid' Seat split in two; the Seats are made from 2 pieces joined together not a single piece of wood. They don't answer our emails. They did not even advise us who could help repair the Chairs! Poor Quality. Do NOT buy from this Sell and Forget firm!! The High Percentage of 1 Star Reviews support our findings. As has been said elsewhere "This company is trading on a reputation they had 30 YEARS ago"

Goods are ok customer service is poor. I have requested a VAT receipt several times and it still has not been sent.

I bought a lovely chair at less than half price from the Ercol Outlet shop. I had to wait a few weeks, but the communication (booking a date, giving a time slot beforehand and ringing on the day prior to delivery) was good. Delivery was a breeze and I'm delighted with the chair.

Very helpful customer service phone call led to a purchase from the outlet shop. Delivery was courteous and without any hassle. Furniture was in excellent condition (ex-display) with no marks at all. We are delighted with our purchase with a great saving on the full price.

GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT AND WELL CONSTRUCTED.
WHILST SOME SELF ASSEMBLY WAS REQUIRED, IT WAS EASY TO DO AND THE TABLES ARE JUST WHAT WE WANTED.
BOXES WERE EXTREMELY WELL PACKED.

The settee ordered was delivered within the 4 week timeframe stated and set up on delivery. Although an ex display model, it was received in immaculate condition and was well worth the money spent. I would most definitely recommend this ercol outlet.
