Had to wait for delivery for 1,5 month. But product seems good and worth the price.

Table is fine, but delivery took +3 weeks from original date.

The table itself is amazing—assembly was straightforward, and I absolutely love the final result. However, getting it was a different story.

I ordered on July 3rd, expecting the advertised 1–3 day delivery. Instead, it took nearly four weeks to arrive (July 30th). Communication during the wait was poor, with repeated promises that it was coming "soon" rather than actual updates, all while the item remained listed as "in stock" on their site.

I appreciate that they eventually offered compensation, but the delivery timeline is definitely misleading. Great quality product, just don't count on fast shipping.

Pirkau reguliuojamo aukščio darbo stalą. Nors pristatymo terminas buvo pakeistas, man už tai buvo pasiūlyta nemokama dovana.
Kai stalas atvyko, vyrą iš karto maloniai nustebino kokybiškai supakuotos dalys bei aiški instrukcija. Viskas labai puikiai apgalvota, kokybė puiki.

I waited over two weeks for my order, and during that time I was repeatedly assured that it would be shipped “soon.” At one point, I was even told that everything should already be delivered, but in reality only a drawer was sent instead of the full order. Communication was frustrating and inconsistent. Additionally, despite the customer service number having a Polish prefix, the staff does not speak Polish, which makes things even more difficult. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Time wasters, ordered at june 28, july 17 they refunded. Everytime when asked about order: we don't have in stock, soon will be shipped and other nonsense. No email from them, i needed to work as detective to get any "updates".

Kėdę surinkti buvo nesudėtinga, aiški instrukcija, kiekviena detalė atskirai supakuota, labai apgalvota iki smulkmenų ir rinkinyje buvo ne tik specialus atsuktuvas, laiškutis bet netgi ir pirštinės! Labai labai rekomenduoju! Iš pirmo žvilgsnio viskas super!

Hardest thing was to wait for the delivery! Was very excited and i was not dissapointed once arrived. Sitting for 8 hours is easy now!

Niestety jestem kolejna osoba nabrana przez firmę Ergonix. Zamowienie na biurko złożone 7 lipca juz 8 lipca po zapytaniu o date dostawy informacja o opóźnienieniu o tydzień, tydzien pozniej znowu o tydzień, a obecnie firma przestała nawet odpisywać na maile... Pisałem również na adres podawany pod odpowiedziami do innych opinii z podobnym problemem do mojego... na otrzymanie biurka straciłem już nadzieję, ale jeszcze mam nadzieję, że uda sie odzyskać pieniądze... generalnie radzę omijać te firmę z daleka jeżeli nie chcecie mieć takich problemów jak ja i inne osoby...

Wystąpiłem o anulowanie mojego zamowienia i zwrot pieniędzy, dzisiaj mija 5ty dzien roboczy, a pieniedzy dalej nie otrzymałem... wygląda to na oszustwo i chyba bede musial zglosic to do odpowiednich organów zeby odzyskać swoje pieniadze...
