Where do I start? First they said my jigsaw table had been delivered. No, it hadn't. Then they said they'd send a replacement. They didn't. Then I was offered a much reduced refund to which I ultimately said ok. But, have I had it? - no I haven't. Every time I emailed about it, I got a different excuse as to why I hadn't received it. I was really, really p*ssed off. Then the person who was replying to my emails changed to someone else. And after that email, nothing, I don't get replies to my emails anymore. I reckon I've kissed that money goodbye. So my advice is AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered a puzzle Dec 2022, I never received it and requested a refund. Still waiting and they keep giving me the runaround. I regret using the company. BIG SCAM

I ordered a puzzle costing over $20. Put it together, and it's missing two pieces and has an extra piece. I contacted them explaining I'd like to send me a new puzzle. Showed them the pictures of the defective puzzle. They offered a 20% off coupon for my next purchase. This company says its too expensive to send me a new item. Now they are offering a $4 refund. Save your money, do not purchase this company. Terrible customer service!

Si j'avais pu cocher 0 étoile, je l'aurais fait. Ce site héberge une bande de voleurs. Quatre puzzles commandés pour Noël 2022, jamais reçus. Réponses à mes mails de réclamation toujours rapides mais avec excuses bidon. Tout ça a duré plus d'un an jusqu'à ce que je demande un remboursement, ils ne m'ont jamais répondu.
Vraiment à gerber ces gens !

Do not order from this company! I have been waiting for almost exactly 1 year now and still haven't received a refund OR a product. They keep talking about some delays and logistical challenges, promising that it will get solved soon. After having gone back and forth in 18 emails and requesting a refund I get responses like this; "No worries though, we're on it! Our team is hustling to get things back on track. We'll keep you posted if anything changes."

Dit bedrijf klopt gewoon niet. Je besteld wat maar je krijgt niks geleverd.
Meerdere malen een mail gestuurd die beantwoord worden met een algemeen antwoord. Dus nooit met een antwoord waar je iets aan hebt.
Na 3 maanden vond ik het genoeg en heb mijn geld teruggevraagd.

Commande reçue mais l'un des puzzles n'était pas le bon. Après de nombreux échanges de mails, tantôt en français, tantôt en anglais (???!!!) et plusieurs interlocuteurs, rien n'est fait pour arranger la situation. Ils m'ont seulement proposé 20% sur ma prochaine commande... Soit l'offre promotionnelle qu'ils font à tout le monde ! 🙄

I have not received my product and have been in regular contact with them for over 10 months now, they keep leading me on but nothing happens

I bought 2 puzzles but I received them in a velvet bag without a box. How can I assemble the puzzle pieces if there is no image to follow as a reference?
I requested the sending of the respective wooden boxes but nothing happened

Puzzle never delivered although tracking showed delivery to destination 3000 miles away that had no connection to my order. Multiple contacts with customer service. Nothing. Do not do business with this company.

SCAM placed an order for Christmas 22, never received the items. They keep promising a refund but as yet nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Received my puzzle but it arrived with a broken piece. Their solution is a $4 refund or 20% voucher on a future purchase and I get to keep the broken puzzle.

J’ai acheté un puzzle sur le site Eric Puzzle. Je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande après leur avoir demandé à plusieurs reprises. Ils m’ont donné des excuses bateau comme quoi il y avait un problème à l’entrepôt. Ça a duré 6 mois. J’ai demandé un remboursement ils ne m’ont jamais rendu mon argent.

Be very very very careful - THEY GO UNDER THE NAME of Jeffpuzzle.com aswell, plus other names. A scam outfit - never receive items - I have contacted trading standards and found out their premises are based in singapore. I have informed the fraud squad here in the UK and Singapore - I work for the police.

Same story. I ordered two puzzles and paid in advance, but never received them. I sent them four e-mails about it and asked them to return the money if they are unable to deliver. This never happened. Finally after 4 months they blocked my e-mail address so that I cannot contact them anymore.

Paid for a puzzle, never received anything. They keep promising to ship. After 4 months I have to believe this
