greed?
originally helpful when my mower went wrong and came out and fixed it temporarily and then returned with parts under warranty and replaced those and got it going well... but then took it in for first service and boy o boy what a shock. their estimate for first service at 50 hours use was twice that off two competitors .. over £600 compared to under £300. so I took the mower away and took it fifty miles to the cheaper dealer. then a bit of a sting in the tail as they charged me an inspection fee. it's their loss, they have lost a potential good customer. shame and if the directors get too greedy that will be another old business that goes bust.
