The device may not have been fully charged before use, but if you’ve fully charged it and it still isn’t lasting as expected, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number, along with a short video showing the issue, if possible. Our team will be more than happy to troubleshoot this with you and arrange a replacement if the unit is found to be faulty.

Amazing Customer Service
Wow, I cant say anything negative at all. First time User and buyer. Had a issue with my delivery to my residence. Contacted support after failed attempts. Leah H. Was so helpful and so informative. I received my package very late. Which was totally okay. But I had reorded in the meantime because I thought it was a wash, with the package going back to the warehouse.
The whole time I was in contact with Leah, who helped me with the process. During this, I randomly seen the delivery driver and got the original order. Going to return my new order, Customer Service said they would fully refund me for the issues and then let me keep the second order as well.
Unbelievable customer service, so amazing. Leah was so nice and helpful. More company's should have workers like Erojoy. I will be a customer forever after all this. Thank you so much again.
As for the product...You will not be disappointed. Absolutely amazing. High quality for a nice price. Game changer when you are having alone time. Easy to clean. I highly recommend if youre reading this honest guy review.

I ordered the thrust sync and was super excited to get it well boy was I disappointed! It is garabge and cant return! Which i wouldn't return anyway because would never want anyone else to try the pos! The stroking is no existent because the rings just move on the outside of sleeve so does nothing. And the ai features also are very disappointing!!! Would not recommend the thrust sync to my worst enemy!! Wish could just get refund or credit to try something else that may actually be worth it

I purchased a product and because they choose to use UniUni as their delivery service instead of proper reputable delivery couriers like UPS,FEDEX, and USPS, I lost my package due to incompetence. The courier takes a picture of the front of my apartment complex and gets into the building only to leave the product in a high volume lobby instead of taking it to the door as everyone does.
Surely you can understand why a sensitive, discrete package should be trusted to a reputable courier. So now I'm left mortified because a neighbor stole it, has my address and order. For one hour it was left in the lobby, not a call or anything to inform me except the shop app. Never again and UniUni consistently gets my packages lost because this is not the first time. It is not EroJoys fault but they choose the most incompetent courier service to deliver their products which should be discrete.
Never again.
I am extremely dissatisfied, and disappointed in the incompetence. I am expecting a full refund and have cancelled the payment. I am simply waiting for the response from customer service.

What I loved about this experience is that the team was understanding and supportive of my own experience with the product. Although it looked great on site and on reviews, it didn't meet my expectations. That being said, the team understands everyone has various preferences and experiences with their products. I wasn't judged for not liking it and simply provided good service regardless of product satisfaction. Love that from a company that listens to their customers and strives to do more based on that feedback.

Love the device itself. Delivery was kind of a pain as the carrier said they had an incomplete address even though it was filled out and completed during ordering, and I had to get in contact with the carrier to resolve it. Other than that, the purchase is great.
