The nails look really nice and you can tell they are handmade. But the website is a bit confusing when trying to find specific styles. Filtering is not super easy and I spent quite some time scrolling. Hope they improve the user experience a bit.

I kept seeing pretty custom nail sets all over social media and always wanted to get one made for myself, but going to a nail salon for this kind of design is just too expensive. So I started looking online for shops that do custom press one. I checked a few places and this one was one of the more affordable options, and their nails looked really detailed, so I decided to go with them. During the whole customization process, their CS was very patient. They helped me confirm a lot of small details. The only thing is the custom set took a little while to make, mine took almost 2 weeks before it shipped. But when I got it, it honestly felt worth the wait. The set turned out so pretty and I'll probably come back for another custom order.

The nails are really pretty and I put them on right after I got them. But after 3 days, one of the bow charms fell off, and I was actually being carefully with them. Didn't hit anything. Customer service handled it quickly though, so that part I appreciate. I do hope they can improve the quality check or maybe cure the charms better. The designs are still very eye-catching, I would still buy again.

The nails are beautiful and last long, but the glue is a bit tricky. I tried the solid glue and while it held up well for about 2 weeks, I did struggle a bit with the application. It’s not as easy as regular glue. I think they should give clearer instructions for using it. Overall, happy with the nails but could do without the hassle with the glue.

I had mixed reviews about the solid glue online but I was curious so I tried it. It's a little more complicated to apply compared to regular glue, and it'd be nice if they gave a more detailed tutorial on how to apply it properly. But I didn't have any allergic reactions and the nails stayed on for about 3 weeks, which was impressive. If you're allergic to regular glue, this might work for you. Just a tip, don't use solid glue with dark-colored nails, because it needs UV light to cure, and dark nails block a lot of the UV light to cure, and dark nails block a lot of the UV light, kinda like how dark clothes sunlight.

I initially ordered the wrong size and couldn't return or exchange them, which was a bit frustrating since they were pricey, But the nails themselves are really nice and look great. I just wish there was a return or exchange service. Customer service was helpful though, they offered me a discount to reorder in the right size. Just a heads up, check the size chart carefully before ordering and make sure to measure your nails. Hope they improve this service in the future.

This is my second order from Ersa Nails and I even went for a custom set this time. Customer service walked me through all the details and the nails I got were way more than I expected . They look amazing in person. Definitely planning to order again soon.

I've bought from Ersa Nails several times and the quality never lets me down. I've tried other brands but none have the detailed designs that they does. There was a time when shipping was a bit slow which I understand since more and more people are knowing is faster and customer service seems more on point. You can tell them really worked on improving things. I'll definitely keep ordering from them.❤️

Customer service is a bit patronising and rude. All the replies here to negative feedback are also dismissive and blaming all the customers, so that says a lot. Please don’t bother to follow up with me, I’m not interested in receiving more of the same.

Nice nails but they don’t stay on longer than 2 days. Even with the pro touch kit that includes the sticky tabs to last 4 weeks. Waste of money. They won’t provide a refund unless a video is sent proving you are putting them on properly.
Also, the nails were too small, despite measuring exactly. This seems consistent with other reviews as well.

Update 18/3 as I’m not able to reply below to Ersa’s long reply. I did not order almond shape and the email trail was just yesterday, so interesting that there’s no record of it. My points above remain valid and reiterated pointing to the tutorial. Ersa will not refund for ‘faulty’ due to them not being able to be re-sold.

BE CAREFUL WITH THEM. I purchased two sets from ERSA after a friend recommended them, and I was really excited to try them. I’ve struggled with press-ons in the past because I have very small hands and tiny nails (strange but true!). I carefully followed the sizing guide and measured multiple times. Based on the guide, I ordered Almond Short XS because the style runs small. My measurements came in about 2.5 sizes smaller than the smallest size listed

When my sets arrived, the nails themselves were beautiful. However, when I opened one set and held a nail over my thumb, it was immediately clear they were too small. Because of that, I didn’t open or handle any of the other nails and contacted the team right away to ask if I could exchange them for a larger size.

Their return policy states that exchanges or refunds cannot be processed if you simply change your mind about style or size (due to hygiene) I completely understand the hygiene concerns behind that policy; I’m actually certified in infection control. My request wasn’t about changing my mind; it was about the sizing clearly not matching the measurements I carefully followed.

Unfortunately, the response I received implied that I hadn’t measured properly or didn’t pay attention when ordering, and that nothing could be done. That was disappointing, especially considering one set remains completely sealed, and the other was only opened briefly to check sizing.

What makes this especially frustrating is that the product itself is lovely; I genuinely wanted to love this brand and become a repeat customer. But customer service is just as important as product quality. At minimum, I had hoped the unopened set could be exchanged for the correct size. As it stands, it feels like there is no flexibility at all, even in reasonable situations.

It’s disappointing to spend $100 on a product I was excited about and have no path toward a solution, then they had the nerve to end the email, "We look forward to continuing to provide you with high-quality products and excellent service."

When actually the experience was "Here is a canned reply, sorry we don't believe you did what you were supposed to, thanks for your money, we are not helping you, we look forward to you spending more money!"
