I accidentally entered a trade that I wasn't meant to, so I closed it as soon as possible, and it got labeled as tick scalping. The lack of professional judgement is appalling.

Contacted support but it made no difference.

One accidental trade under 15 seconds means your whole account gets closed. It's greed disguised as rules.

ERT Funded have been completely upfront and transparent. I breached my first account as I didn't fully understand the rules. However, after a careful review of all of the rules in the FAQ, I ended up getting funded on my second attempt!

As long as you trade within the rules, you will be fine. I wouldn't use another prop firm!

Do not trust this firm. Bought a funded account. Traded 4 weeks, then asked for a small 1.3 k payout. After 24 hours, they denied the payout and closed my account due to one tick scalping which happened a week ago.

So they let you trade and when asked for a payout, they deny it and closes the whole account. Seems that they don’t close it when a rule is broken.

Do NOT Trust these people. I have been rejected my payout for “tick scalping”. Mind you my average trade hold time was 10 MINUTES. They fake every single certificate they post on their telegram channel, all the names are AI Generated is so obvious. They made this company only a few months ago, and they literally have in their description “one of the worlds most trusted and respected Prop Firms” like are you serious? There are so many red flags, this is simply just a massive money grab for them, for people to pay hundreds of dollars to start a challenge, pass it, request a payout, then reject them and rinse and repeat. Don’t even get me started on the VIP signals channels that the same owner also runs. 100pip stop losses, and only takes profit after 20pips, one single loss will wipe a weeks worth of “wins”. Don’t let the high win rate fool you, cause it doesn’t mean anything when you take profit 20 seconds after you place the trade. Do not trust this “prop firm” and invest your money elsewhere, it’s for your own good, and there are many legit and real prop firms who actually care for their people. Don’t fall for this trap. They do not care about you and they will NOT pay you out.

received my payout! they are 100% legit and their team are great with helping you get your payout, at first it’s a bit confusing but with their help the process goes so much smoother. definitely buying another account with my payout to gain more capital!

I had a terrible experience with ERT Funded. My payout was denied, and when I asked for clarification, they refused to provide any actual evidence or specific trade numbers to show where the alleged stacking occurred. There was no transparency, no detailed explanation — just a flat rejection.

What’s even worse is the complete lack of communication. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting proof, trade data, or any form of justification, and they simply won’t respond. Being ignored after raising a legitimate concern is incredibly unprofessional.

If a company is going to deny payouts, the bare minimum should be clear evidence and proper communication. In my experience, neither was provided.

I would STRONGLY advise others to stay away from ERT Funded, do not trust this firm with your time or money.

I’m leaving this review based on my experience raising a formal complaint regarding trade execution on an ERT Funded account.

I experienced an execution issue on CHFJPY where an abnormal price spike (“phantom wick”) appeared on the platform feed. My trade was stopped out, while my take profit was not filled, despite the chart showing price movement through the TP level. I provided screenshots of the broker chart and trade details and asked ERT Funded for the basic supporting information required to verify what occurred (Bid/Ask tick data, execution/fill report, spread and slippage information, and the broker’s written investigation outcome they stated they relied on).

ERT Funded’s responses were generic statements about liquidity providers, volatility and “normal market discrepancies”, and I was ultimately told to contact the broker directly. They also stated my funded account was still active and that they do not offer refunds.

To explain why this is a problem using a simple consumer example: if you buy a broken oven from a store and it doesn’t work, the store shouldn’t tell you to “go contact the manufacturer” as the final answer. The store should handle the complaint process properly and provide clear documentation supporting their decision. In this case, ERT Funded did not provide the evidence requested, and the complaint was not addressed in a meaningful or transparent way.

I am documenting this factually for others to be aware: if you have a dispute, you may not receive a proper investigation report or the supporting execution evidence needed to validate the outcome.

I recently just got approved for my first $200k funded account. I’ve heard horror stories about how prop firms literally design these challenges for you to fail and always have some reason for you not to pass. ERT Funded however has been the complete opposite with clear guidelines, 100% transparency, and no sneaky fine print. They genuinely want you to succeed with them and are always posting wins of their members payouts which is encouraging.

Plus, they have direct chat access so if you run into any problems along the way they’re right there to help and support you.

I’m looking forward to my first official payout with them next month and feel I have the support along the way to make it happen.

Don't trust at all, fake payout certs and the owners signals are a joke 10pip wins 100pip losses
