Erthlabs wrongly took my money and kept claiming my order was on its way. Despite multiple attempts to get a refund, I received no response—only vague thank-yous for my patience. Today, July 1, 2026, 20 days after my initial order, I got a notice from Erth stating my package had been delivered. The notice didn't specify a delivery date or include a photo of the package on my doorstep. My doorbell camera recorded no deliveries. In fact, UniUni, the shipping company, showed my package as still in Texas, and the expected delivery date remained pending. I firmly believe the company is either extremely incompetent or involved in fraudulent activities. -MLS

Are you badly managed or are you a scam. Such poor reviews. My products are more than two weeks overdue.
So what hope have I in your integrity?

It has been over a month and I have not recieved my order. I keep getting an auto reply that it is processing, but I can't find a way to talk to the company. I am currently disputing the order.

I wished I had found these reviews before I ordered on June 17. Of course they promptly took my money and I have received no product. They will not respond to emails or messages. Today’s date is the 29th and nothing. This company is crap.

I had ordered the product June 12th and received a tracking number. After a week and not showing any movement and looking at previous reviews and no response from my 2 emails I disputed the charges on my card. But today June 28th I received the package. Tracking shows shipped on the 27th and I got it today. I cancelled the dispute. Erthlabs needs to look at responding to correspondence and needs to be more proactive. I wouldn't consider this company a scam just poor customer service.

I ordered & paid for this coffee back on the 6/9/26, & I still have not received it. You guys are in California & I'm in Az, should not ever take this long to receive something. I've also emailed twice, just to be told to be patient it's on its way. How do you all stay in business with customer service like this, absolutely PITIFUL!!!!

Placed the order and one day later says that it has been shipped but their shipping merchant when contacted using their chat bot says they have not received anything from Erth Labs. Have sent multiple emails to their support email address with no response. So finally had to contact my credit card to file a dispute so hopefully I will get this refund. This seems to be consistent with their trial offer that they are marketing through social media posts. Stay clear of this company.

Looser scam. Won't reply took my money won't ship. Worst company ever.

Just horrible! Ordered the welcome kit. Never arrived. Ordered an extra bag. Never arrived. Sent 3 emails. No response. Disputed credit card charges. Got a refund. Stay away.!!!

I have sent several emails to try and have my order fixed.And I don't get a response.The telephone number does not work when I call it for my country of mexico.

SCAMMERS! Just like the other people stated, I was charged but never received the shipment. I called their 800 number on my credit card account and a recording says the person I’m calling has not set up a voicemail yet and the call disconnects. I’ve also emailed them without a response.
Yet, they are sending emails asking me to rate their product. With the only other option to click I haven’t received my shipment yet.

This company is a fraud!!! Placed an initial order on the 14th and never received the product. Tried contacting them via email 5 or 6 times to no avail. The customer service email is a scam and doesn't work. Tried calling several numbers under several of their names, also to no avail. Talked with my bank to dispute the charges and found out that the number listed with the bank is for a VM that hasn't "been set up". Tried to cancel the auto subscription and was sent a link that doesn't work. TOTAL BS! Something should be done about them. Don't get caught up. Will need to change out credit cards now!

How is this place even still in business the way they treat people!! I never got my initial order. It took forever for them to answer my email and when they did they told me my order was on the way and i still NEVER RECEIVED IT! Just like all the other people that have left reviews.... THIS PLACE APPEARS TO BE A SCAM!!!

This company is a scam. Don't order. I purchased it on June 10. Per the company, I have received the product, which I did NOT. I have sent numerous emails and have received no response.

I HAVE TRIED 8 emails TO GET A REFUND AND I’M NOT ABLE TO GET A REFUND. I was told because they auto ship the subscription there’s no refund available.
I had an allergic reaction out of my control. I got a headache so severe the lasted for hours. after one cup, I continued to yawn throughout an hour. I also had a reaction on my face the cost a rash.

I have emailed 8 times and asked for a refund. I was told there will be no refund or return. There is no phone number to call only email.

This company is a SCAM, beware. They claimed I'd receive the initial package in 4-5 days, right now iits been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order. They ship through UNIUNI. Their site has a customer service area but no clickable buttom. Unresponsive. The tracking info says they received the order from ERTH 10 days ago and there are no more updates. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. My experience is the same as that of others here, this looks like a blatant ripoff setr from outside the US.

They are not upfront about what they do ,I got my first order fine and I loved the coffee ,I have fibromyalgia and it made me feel so much better ,but they told me each bag would be 27 dollars a month ,then they changed it to 36 a bag ,they told me my order was getting ready to ship and I would be notified when it shipped ,they took 72 dollars out of my account and I still have not got my next two bags and it been almost a month ,I've been going back and forth with them getting the runaround ,then today I check and they say my order is getting ready to ship and they took 79.90 dollars out of my account today and I still have no coffee to show for 151 dollars ,so I guess I've lost that ,I'm 73 and on social security and poor its a shame that they treat people this way !!!!!!

Order placed on May 31 and STILL NO SHIPPING INFO, THEY DO NOT REPLY TO E-MAILS, THIS IS FRAUD, A SCAM!!!! Do not fall for their false advertisement!!!

They say they shipped and it was delivered but the tracking number says uniuni has not received it. I requested a refund in accordance with their 100% satisfaction guarantee "Try Erth Superfood Brew risk-free for 45 Days. If you're not satisfied we will refund you, no questions asked." And they responded with we will look into it. A week later they ship the product and when I asked about the refund the said "we do not refund recurring order" So it appears the will not Honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Event though this was the only order I ever made or will ever make with this scamming company.

I placed my order and immediately upon placing the order I noticed the address was incorrect. I emailed them right away to let them know 5 days ago. They claim 24/7 customer service but I didn't get a response and I followed up 3 times. Instead of a response I received an email saying my order was shipped yesterday. Upset I went on their website to find a phone number or chat feature. I ended up getting through the AI chatbot to a live person who said that the order had just got to them so she can adjust it. I was happy with that. Today I finally received a response to my email from "the head of customer satisfaction" stating that the order is already processed and they cant do anything. I went in and it also looked like the rep I had chatted with did not make the change. Mind you the process is still showing the product is still not with the shipping company so they still have it. I would not trust or recommend this company. When "The Head of Customer Service" takes 5 days to respond with a complete and utter lack of customer service to a situation that was supposedly resolved the day prior it clearly demonstrates a big problem in the company.
