I've been waiting to long for my items it keeps saying its on the way you don't get.back to me I've you emails I won't be ordering anything again not very professional its not cheap either

There's no zero or I would put zero! I ordered "European virgin hair" not only was the color wrong and the entire order was plastic looking hair but the entire order was wrong! Customer service is atrocious. They offer a 20% refund or send back to China , you pay postage. It clearly states at the top of their page that it ships from US. I've been don't hair for 36 years and never had such a disgusting experience. They should be ashamed.

Received topper that looks nothing like one displayed or in video. Quality is worse than a cheap Halloween wig from the dollar store. No info included in package to return.

This is 100% scam it's exactly this person or people are doing they need to be stopped and I want my money back

I bought a wig from this company. I didn't get the one I ordered, instead, I received one with bangs and a color that I didn't choose. I emailed them asking for a return label and they said that they would refund me 20% only and to give it to a friend. Really??? Who does that? They also provided an address in China where I could send the wig if I wanted to return it but I have to cover the shipping. I accepted 30% refund just because I didn't want to loose all the money I had paid. Don't buy from them. It's a scam!!!

The company sent the wrong color. They block emails. The item topper is cheap and they want me to pay return postage to China.
The item was shipped from Queens NY.
Buyer beware.

Total fake synthetic hair. Purchased 3 toppers after being scammed by a video they use to promote from a reputable company claiming their toppers are from that company. I called that company whom does not have any affiliation with Erzi hair. All 3 toppers are made of synthetic hair and poorly made. 2 toppers have rubber pieces sewn onto the caps and is very visible. I’ve made 6+ requests for a refund and returns, yet no response. As soon as I didn’t get the toppers in a week, I knew something was up as the site states shipped in US and no tracking number was provided as stated. All came from outside the US and I have a rule precluding any purchases from outside the US.

I received my wig today for starters. It is not human hair because of that I cannot fix the color and the color was so off. people it’s really bad it is not a lace top so you cannot part it. Any other way you’re stuck parting it only one way it will not go any other way so if you wanted a side part, you cannot do it. It is a cheap wig like really cheap really bad 100% plastic as soon as I put the curling iron into it it melted and I have on low heat. I am a hairdresser so I knew right away when I picked it up that it wasn’t real, but I wanted to just see so right now. I’m in the process of trying to get a refund so I thank God I use PayPal, so PayPal is always really good with giving me my money back but yeah I don’t trust this company. It’s fake.
