We made our booking through Laura for my 30th birthday celebrations in August. As my birthday falls during the summer holidays, we decided to organise a theatre trip to London. I preferred a stay beyond the usual Premier Inn, seeking something slightly more luxurious without exceeding our budget. Laura was extremely helpful throughout the process, and we promptly found a hotel located adjacent to the London Eye that was within our financial limits.

On the day of check-in, I found it unusual when the receptionist informed us that we had been allocated a room including breakfast, which we had opted out of during the booking due to cost considerations. Additionally, he mentioned the possibility of a penthouse upgrade. It turned out that Laura had kindly contacted the hotel in advance regarding my birthday and had requested an upgrade. To my surprise, we were upgraded to a top-floor studio penthouse with a balcony offering exceptional views of the London skyline. Sitting on that balcony, looking at the view and listening to Big Ben chime, is an experience I will cherish forever.

Furthermore, my husband and Laura arranged a romantic surprise, complete with towel swans, prosecco, and cake. The entire booking process with Laura was seamless, and her efforts elevated what would have already been a memorable day into a truly extraordinary one. I will forever be grateful and I can’t wait to book with her again!

We recently retuned from a week in Nerja, Spain.
This was our first booking through Escayptravel and Laura was our agent.
She kindly did everything for us from beginning, during and until we got home from the holiday. She went above and beyond in every way to make things perfect for us, which it was.

Everything was done for us, we all left for holiday with a WhatsApp group formed just for us, our boarding passes there and back loaded on our phones.
It sure made life easier and less stress free for us all.

We booked our family holiday to Marmaris with Escayptravel, travelling as a group spanning a large age range, and honestly couldn't fault a single part of it. Coordinating a trip that suits everyone from a teenager to an adult child isn't always easy, but Escayptravel made it completely stress-free.

The flights were petty much on time both ways, check-in was incredibly quick, and the transfers to and from the hotel were seamless, no waiting around, just straight onto the coach and off to the hotel. The hotel itself was incredible, exactly as described and even better in person, and worked well for all of us, whatever our ages. Marmaris itself was beautiful, and having the transfer and accommodation all coordinated so smoothly meant we could just relax and enjoy the time together.

The return journey was just as easy, with the transfer back to the airport running right on schedule. From start to finish, every part of the trip felt properly planned and looked after.

We'd happily book with Escayptravel again and would recommend them to any family looking for a stress-free holiday.

Laura was amazing throughout the entire booking process, throughout the holiday and more!
