None existing refunds and customer service
Customer service replies in 24 hours when they are taking your hard earned money, but in 1 week when you return all their product that caused you horrible diarrhea and they refuse to refund and to discuss their own refund policy.
Accusing me that I didn't only try their product but I used it!!
So basically, they took my money, they took all their product back, and now they are the judge between trying and using and not having the minimum decency to reply to my email.
I used food supplements for over 6 years of my life as a bodybuilder, and this was by far the worst experience customer service and product wise.
Some of their flavours were the most chemical tasting I ever experienced.
I'm reporting them to the ECC for the negative impact their product caused to my health and for the false promises and not abiding by their refund policy.
