NEGATIVE 5 STARS - Absolutely useless after sale.
I wish there were a negative STAR rating for how bad these guys are. I spent over $900 on an e-bike from them at the start of summer so my kid could use and enjoy it for the summer. It arrived damaged. Took them over 2 months to finally send me the replacement, with no instructions on how to install it, and the package was in a ridiculous state of damage. I did some online digging and found 1, yes, 1 single non-English video of someone taking the part off and putting the same part back on. So, I followed the video, and everything looked good until the last part. A critical component was missing from the new part and could not be transferred from the old part to the new one. If they send a new replacement part, it will come at least a month after summer is over, and the whole endeavour would be a waste of time and money for me. Before the replacement part with the missing component arrived, they offered to compensate me with a second battery, which I suppose was better than nothing, but more batteries mean nothing if the e-bike cannot be used.
