Selection and Style!
The website is easy to navigate, the selection of coffee is wonderful, and the delivery was prompt.
The packaging was great, especially the personalization with a staff welcome.
Excellent DHL shipping, if a bit pricey...I get it.

Tremendous company.
I purchased all of my Italian coffee from espresso international. Because of them, I am able to get brands that are not available to me in the United States. Shipping is immediate and I usually get my coffee in less than five days.

Very good selection
Very good selection. Quick shipping. Good products. The only change I would make, would be to add (if possible) an approximate tariff cost to the items being shipped to the United States. This came as a surprise.

I received emails and text messages…
I received emails and text messages keeping me informed of where the package was. It did not come on the 23rd as forecasted but I received communication that it would come on the 24th which it did. Was SO happy to have it delivered before Christmas day. Thank you.
