We purchased a super automatic expresso unit on-line. We live on Vancouver Island. Shortly thereafter, we enquired if we could return the unit and upgrade. Amin and his staff made the return & upgrade happen in short order. The upgrade was shipped before I could return the original unit...crazy good service. My wife and I are HAPPY CUSTOMERS and will continue to spend our coffee $$$ at Espresso Dolce.

Always friendly when I drop in to buy my coffee. We like their Expresso lv coffee.

After 5 years and nearly 7,500 coffees our espresso machine stopped working. The good folks at Espresso Dolce took a look at it and made a quick adjustment - the problem was resolved. Since we had it at their shop we asked them to do a tuneup. They found that the water pump was failing and offered to replace it. The repair was completed in about a week and the cost was minimal. (Espresso Dolce is a factory authorized repair shop for our brand of machine.) We are very satisfied, and appropriately caffeinated customers!
