Went into the Hednesford branch as the wheel had gone on my mother's Zoom rollator. The lady serving couldn't have been more friendly and given the cost of a repair and the age of the old rollator I decided to buy a new one. The latest model which my mother is more than happy with. Good result all round. Thankyou Essington Mobility.
Purchased a Stairlift . Was pleased with the speed of the service. A person came to my house 2 days following my enquiry and measured the stairs and gave me a quote. Which I thought was reasonable. Because I required it asap arrangements were made for one to be delivered and installed two days later. Over the moon with the quality and the service. I would say give them a try for all mobility aids. The staff in there showrooms are friendly and knowledgeable

Went to the Walsall branch to have a service on a Pride Apex mobility scooter. Although the staff were busy with other customers I was spoken to and offered a seat. Then in lull with the current customer I was swift and politely dealt with and the scooter was checked for the service. I was kept informed about the process and was contacted when the service was completed.
All the staff were polite and very curious and very helpful.

My Mom's stairlift stopped mid flight, as it was after hours I completed contact form on their website, asking if they could attend asap, I got messsge back saying that will get engineer to call next day. Engineer had visited and repaired by 9.30am. I was extremely impressed by ther prompt, efficient and caring attitude to helping their customers and would thoroughly recommend
