The $100 fee is not worth it to list a private sale to try and sell a whole house contents after a loved one passes away. I did not find I got any more people or any better people than regular garage sale people. I was under the impression from estate sale companies that use this site that you got much better quality of people coming to these estate sales. People who came there and wanting to pay nothing for what you had to offer. When you have a house full of stuff and people walk in and walk out and do not purchase a single thing, that leads me to believe that is only garage sale people. I did not get the impression that I got any estate sale people that actually came. What a waste of money. I would not use this site to list a private sale. You are better off just listing it on Facebook or any other advertisement way that you can do it besides this site. I will not recommend this site to anybody. If I could have given this site a zero I would have.

We conducted our own estate sale after our step-father passed away. The $99 fee was a great investment in our opinion. The website is a well-known resource for folks that regularly seek out estate sales. We polled many of those we didn't recognize and all said they found the sale through this site. It drew people from 100+ miles away. Being able to use unlimited text and up to 50 photos allowed us to really highlight the best items.

If I could give a big fat zero, I would. Last year, Peggy McLean did the estate sale for my mother’s home. She was a big fat LIAR. Peggy came across very professional and concerned, when she was done with the sale, our house was trashed and we got NO documentation of what was sold as promised. We trusted her and she played on our grief. When she was asked about all of this, her response was”That is how an estate sale works “. I had to pay $1000 to get the house cleaned to put it up for sale. PLEASE don’t take this warning lightly people of Tyler, Texas. Keep away from this lying, cheating woman. I have ALL the receipts for this experience. Peggy really is “more than imagined”.

a new company bought this company and fired all the US workers and is outsourcing customer service to the philippines. boycott them!

Went to a sale hosted by Restless Mommas. The first day things were very overpriced which is not that unusual for estate sales. I was told the second day would be 50% off. However, come to find out it was at their descretion. It was like talking to a used car salesman. A lady ahead of me was given 50% off for a sale of $250. Another customer asked about a painting marked $1200 but she was told no it would only be marked down to $900 not 50% off. I was told my purchase was only reduced by 20% so I indicated I was not interested. Very rudely I was told to put it back. I have gone to hundreds of estate sales. Most companies offer anywhere from 25-50% off the last few days. I could tell this company was new and not experienced. Nothing was posted about pricing reductions. This will be another estate sale I will not bother attending if I see Restless Mommas hosting.

Horrible company, dishonest. They refuse to remove pics of inside my home, and they are violating my California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Experience terrible, item misrepresented, it rained next day and garment soaked through immediately, not waterproof as advertised. I was not aware there was a service fee either. The EstateSales.net Auction website was terrible to process bids. I bid on other items while auction active and time still remained, however, bids were never posted. Sorry, I participated in EstateSales. Net Auction

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Website not easy to navigate for sellers. Customer service is virtually nonexistent and when I finally got someone on the phone, CALLIE, she informed me she was a manager, with no one above her. That was a lie, AMY is who she reports to, but apparently AMY is unavailable to customers. When I told CALLIE how unhappy I was with their customer service, and intended to leave negative reviews, she said “I don’t care..”
That’s their customer care “manager”.

Please note that Teri Case is alleged to be a willing accomplice, as state and federal laws are alleged to be violated by the plaintiff(s), and other members of the Kane County IL Court. This is no longer just a civil matter, so I recommend this sale be halted immediately in order to avoid further legal action. We are aware that "The Office of State Guardian (OSG) is the largest public guardianship agency of its kind in the United States, serving nearly 5,300 adult disabled wards. With cases in virtually every Illinois county, the Office of State Guardian handles the personal, financial, and legal affairs of developmentally disabled, mentally ill and elderly persons with disabilities." So the owners of estate sales companies have plenty of "court ordered" work and must be aware of exactly what they are ordered to do and why.
