The quality of clothing is extremely poor. No refunds are available. Only credit. However it’s impossible to use the credit because everything is so low quality. You end up using it all on shipping trying to find something decent. In the end you just give up and keep stuff that looks terrible.

Incredibly disappointing purchase. The colour didn't look like the photos, half of the dress was see-through, and the quality of the make was very poor. I was forced to organise a replacement item because they don't do refunds and then had to pay postage for the replacement item!!! Really, really bad service. They are very deceiving! I won't be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a knit which arrived and smells of so
Thing very old and musty and after 2 washes still stinks!
It’s totally unwearable.

Avoid buying from here, I got a cheap and tacky version of the item they had advertised. They steal pictures from bigger brands and advertise it as their own. AVOID AVOIF AVOID. I paid €40 to return my order to a manufacturer in china for an order worth €40. A scam ……

Nobody answering my emails regarding wrong item recieved???? Is this a legitimate company at all??

Do not buy anything from them!
Ordered a dress in November still have not got it and it’s March, tried to contact them multiple times and they said it was delayed but all they do is just rob you!!!

Was told stains were on the dresses i returned and scent not at all!!! They were in brand new condition absolutely disgusted with how companys can think they can get away with this. No reply to emails i have sent and no sign of refund.

I hope you can sleep at night knowing you are completely ripping people off. I will be going to trading standards

REFUND SCAM! DO NOT order off their website. Thankfully am not a customer however, the treatment other fellow friends of mine have had is an Apsolute disgrace.

This company will send fake pictures back of faulty products claiming you have done it when the ones you sent back were perfectly in tact. Be very careful do your self a favour and order off another professional, fair and legit website. Don’t be fooled by the clothes on there and not one good review who may of had no sizing issues claim they’re fantastic….

They’re not!
As a company take a look at other brands who offer amazing service and learn something as am sure there’s more reviews to follow.

Don’t buy. Fake and bad clothes imitation.
Packaging not worthy of a website, broken wrapper.
More than one month to get your ítems.
Bad quality, never again.

Større scam!!!! Værste lor* har lige betalt 500kr for en hvad der lignede fed jakke, så ankommer der en så fake og alt for lille moncler jakke.

AVOID!!
Dress was tried on for seconds, when returned and asked for refund owner claims there’s marks on it which is untrue.
Awful customer service & have seen online this happens far too often. Will be taking this further

Don’t Buy
Dresses will come with Stains and when you ask for a refund seller will tell you it’s your fault .But two customers cannot complain about dress having stains the problem is with the way dresses are stored for customers to receive stained clothes . Clear refund policy but on writing for refund it’s a hassle . Will take complaint to trading standards

I've purchased a couple of dresses, a top and a pair of tights from this company. All were excellent quality, comfortable and flattering, and the delivery was prompt. I could not be happier with my experience!
