Excellent Service and Quality Equipment
From the initial telephone call the staff at ET were very helpful and what they promised was delivered and on time. When contacted afterwards to explain some operational queries they were very helpful and talked us through it on the telephone. The delivery driver who dropped the wheelchair off was superb he really went the extra mile. He was outstanding!

Said 2 day delivery was in fact 6 days owing to it being Easter. Easy to use not as lightweight as I thought it would be.

Great service, arrived within 2 days of ordering, The Zipper 4 is a very comfortable scooter, a little heavy to lift into the car boot but with ramps it’s easier.

Customer service is first class.I made an appointment at their shop in Birmingham and was allowed to try any power chair I liked . Unfortunately I made the wrong choice, phoned them a few days later and it was changed to a more suitable one . The staff were above and beyond helpful and explained every operation of the wheelchair. It's my first wheelchair so I hadn't got clue. Would highly recommend.

We bought the Lite Max wheelchair and I have to say the service received from Etech was very good. A polite and helpful salesperson guided us through our purchase and it arrived very quickly within two days. We had fourteen days to trial it but we had to send it back because my husband’s condition requires an attendant controlled device as well as an independently driven one. I found it difficult to push and extremely heavy to lift into the car.

Box containing (cardboard) , was badly damaged. With bag of tools,not in parcel. With an item missing.
However I reported the situation, and it has been resolved. I have not been able to assemble the wheelchair as yet

Etech Mobility’s customer service is…
Etech Mobility’s customer service is second to none. I had some minor issues with my chair after using it for a while. Etech replaced the parts on a next-day delivery at no cost to me. The Freedom Pro ST chair is excellent, able to manage the steepest hills with ease, and it meets all of the rail and flight requirements for travel. I added a second battery as I travel long distances, my char rarely drops below half charge, with gives me piece of mind.

It was easy to find which wheelchair was the one that would suit me and then order it. Good price for what you get, delivery was great and fast. the chair was dropped right at my front door so no hassel. Would recommend to anyone wanting a new wheelchair at a good price and fast delivery 5*
