I would like to say their products worked but unfortunately the products never arrived, despite numerous follow-up emails. AND they definitely DO NOT have 24/7 Customer Service support. In fact, their customer support email is a gmail account. Don't trust a business who runs their customer service through a gmail account. Buy at your own risk.

Do Not Buy - Ordered item, never arrived. Chased customer services and have not received a response.

Do not buy from them. Item never arrived, customer service non-existent. After many e-mails, they replied that the address provided was incorrect (which was not the case). They said they would re-ship, never did. Even the courier they supposedly used was impossible to contact. And impossible to get a refund. Dishonest.

What a SCAM. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! You will not receive your shipment and they just keep saying it was delivered regardless of the fact we have a camera and it WAS NOT delivered. They will do NOTHING to research it and so far do NOTHING to make it right.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!

After they stated that shipping was free over $35, I was still charged a shipping fee. The company is questionable in ethics as products do come from China. Terrible customer service, I would 100% say that the low cost of their products do not make up for anything. Do not recommend spending money with this company, feeding into whatever obscure makings it has.

I ordered the face sponge last November and never received it. When logging in, it says the order was sent and then, it's unclear where it went. No response after sending emails. Bleah! Another scammer company.

Jeg købte ansigtsdrænnage børster....som viser sig at være Temu børster. Så i stedet for at give 180-200 kr. for dem, så køb direkte hos Temu i stedet og spar 90%. Kvaliteten er som man kan forvente fra Temu. Skarpe kanter på håndtagene, der skærer i kinden, hvis du vinkler børsten forkert. Ind imellem de fuldt kunstige børstehår, er der nogle meget spidse børstehår, der stikker i huden, ridser og gør ondt. Made in china når det er værst. øv.

I ordered 2 brushes under a buy one get one free offer on 6 Dec 2025. The offer included a “free guide to lymphatic drainage” which I assumed would be specific to the use of the brushes and pictorial. I had no idea that the brushes were being sold from China. One brush finally arrived on 7 January 2027. It’s shoddy and cheap. The bristles are falling out and the plastic handle is sharp and will scratch your face if you are not careful. The guide is a tonne of words, no pictures, and is not specific to the brushes: it looks like it’s cut and pasted from the internet. Awful customer service. Please avoid.
