This is unfortunate to hear this! RTP is controlled by the game provider directly and we have no possible way to change or manipulate this, the return to player rate is down to game providers like other platforms.

We also do have 24/7 support which are always available to help and we also believe our bonuses are more then fair and do have overall good feedback.

In regards to a withdrawal taking 2 hours, we usually aim for 20 minutes but this can be delayed sometimes if there's a backlog of withdrawals awaiting to be processed and 2 hours is still rather fast in some situations.

We're also not affiliated or have the same platform as blaze spins and we are a completely separate entity. I've requested more details from you so we can this situation around into a positive outcome.

Update on my previous review

I am sharing my experience for transparency.

Initially, smaller withdrawals were processed without issue. However, when I requested a larger withdrawal, the process became slower and my account was placed under review.

After approximately two weeks, I was informed that there had been a breach of terms and conditions, although no specific details or supporting information were provided to clarify this.
I would also like to acknowledge that during the earlier stages of the issue, Raphael assisted by facilitating a payment outside of the platform while technical issues were being addressed, which I appreciate.
Update – April 23:
The situation remained unresolved at that stage.

Update – April 26:
My account has now been reactivated, and withdrawals are currently being processed.

I currently have a withdrawal balance of approximately $22,313 CAD. Prior to the review, my daily withdrawal limit was $7,000 CAD as a VIP player. Following reactivation, a daily withdrawal limit of $1,000 CAD has been applied as part of the current withdrawal structure.

While I acknowledge that withdrawals are now being accepted and processed in line with this structure, the reduced limit means it will take several weeks to withdraw the full balance.

Overall, while there has been progress with withdrawals now being processed, the experience during the review period and the changes to withdrawal limits remain points of concern from my perspective.

The company has responded stating that some payments were facilitated outside the platform due to a temporary technical issue. I acknowledge this clarification.

However, the core concerns in my experience remain unchanged.

My account was placed under review after requesting a larger withdrawal, and I was informed of a breach of terms and conditions without any specific details being provided. This lack of clarity remains unresolved from my perspective.

While my account has now been reactivated and withdrawals are being processed, a reduced daily withdrawal limit of $1,000 CAD has been applied, compared to my previous VIP limit of $7,000 CAD. This significantly extends the time required to withdraw my remaining balance of almost 23K CDN

I recognize that payments are now being processed, but the overall experience included delays, and a change in withdrawal conditions following reactivation.

I will update this review once the full withdrawal process is completed.

Update April 28th
My withdrawal has not been processed and is now being marked as “expired” by the casino, even though I submitted it correctly. This is now causing repeated delays in receiving my winnings.

My total balance is approximately 24,000 CAD. With the stated limit of 1,000 CAD per day, it would realistically take around 24 days to fully withdraw. However, instead of processing smoothly, my withdrawals are being allowed to expire and require repeated resubmission, which further delays the payout.

I do not accept that this is the player’s fault when withdrawals are submitted correctly. From my experience, the process has become slow, inconsistent, and unclear.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this casino. I have full records and proof of all activity and withdrawals.

I will continue updating this review until the full amount is received.
Update April 29

I am currently struggling to withdraw my winnings. The process has been slow, unclear, and inconsistent.

Out of my last three withdrawal attempts, two were rejected/expired and required resubmission.

I was also informed of a $1,000 daily withdrawal limit, however this has not been applied consistently across my recent withdrawals.

At present, I have approximately CAD $22,500 pending withdrawal, and there is no clear timeline on when these funds will be processed.

Based on my experience so far, the withdrawal process lacks clarity and consistency, and I would advise others to exercise caution when using this platform.
