The ring arrived exactly within the promised shipping window, and the central stone is genuinely nice and bright. However, when I reached out to customer support, the response I received was a bit generic and pre-written.
They ultimately delivered exactly what was ordered without any major issues, but the overall experience felt more like a standard retail transaction than a premium jewellery purchase.

My husband bought my engagement and wedding ring from here and I love them so much that I knew I had to get his wedding band from them too so we would match.
