I already am a convert to Ethosa and love the scents of their body washes. But I recently had to contact their customer care team via email. They were so helpful, friendly and prompt at sorting out my issue.
I would highly recommend this product.

Fantastic product
Fantastic product. I love the idea behind the brand and the love the scent! The gel has a luxurious feel to it and the scent is strong without being too over powering. Definitely recommend.

Product excellent but oh so expensive
I bought the starter pack. I really like the product, both concept and quality and fragrance, but I think it is very expensive for what it is. I went back to buy the years refill pack and it works out at £4.99 per refill as there are only 10 in a pack. I expect it to be more than the £1 Radox ones you can get at the supermarket, but not by quite so much. Conscience telling me I should but wallet saying no!! Conscience has won out and I have purchased the annual refill pack as I did get a further 10% new customer discount which swayed me.

Terrible
First one was very nice spa smell all the rest were week and no where near as
Luxury! Can’t skip a delivery or seem to find how to cancel!! I’ve looked everywhere!!! I have e.mailed, just so poor! Worst subscription, especially compared to other easy subscription to cancel or skip a month etc! My free bottle broke within a week! Not worth it at all!! Please don’t get this!!

But to put things into perspective: we have responded to your email WITHIN 5 MINUTES and provided detailed information on how to manage your subscription plan and also offered additional support.
We genuinely don't think, that this review is a fair representation of the service & product quality we provide - especially in comparison to all our other very positive reviews here and onother portals.
We will of course get in touch with you via email in order to send out a replacement for the bottle, which apparently "broke".

Brilliant product
Brilliant product, quick and easy to make the gel up, smells lovely and my skin feels good from using it too. The aluminium bottle looks great too! Feels good to no longer be buying plastic bottles for my shower gel.

Good choice
The shower wash is good and smells lovely. Easy to store spares as they don't take up much room. A lovely reusable pump bottle. And I love that I'm not throwing plastic bottles away month after month.

Good, but could be better.
I like the product, however if it was twice the size it is presently it would be incredible. It’s just too small, I love the ethos, but it is difficult to hold and put shower product on as it to my mind small.
