I should have listened to the other negative reviews. If you’re considering buying from etowbars, please, read this first.
Tow bar quality is not great and found most installers unhappy to fit it. However, the issues is with them as a company.
As I couldn’t find an installer that was happy fitting this tow bar, I wanted to return it. I notified the company via their website within 14 days, which was ignored, so I emailed them.
They stated that they do not do ‘change of mind refunds’, which under EU law they must do.
They are trying to bully their customers into not exercising their rights - there is another review stating the same.
Find a reputable installer and install a Brink tow bar instead.

Refused me a refund
Refused me a refund. Cancelled the order before delivery and the seller broke EU law and refused to give my money back so he got his item back and he keep €1000. Very bad company

I had a tow bar that I could not…
I had a tow bar that I could not confirm if it was locked properly or not. Sent a query and got a reply same morning, with the information they gave me I was able to determine the best course of action.
