Nightmare.. broke in 3 days, no refund, months for replacement
Worst experience of shopping I’ve had. The phone broke within 3 days of turning it on.
When it was turned on it was displayed that ‘unofficial battery detected’, and it died permanent shortly after.
I was refused a refund, they attempted to make me pay for the return which is against EU consumer law in the case of a faulty product.
As a refund was rejected, they would only offer a replacement, which was useless to me as I had to go and buy a working phone in the meantime considering the process is taking MONTHS to get a replacement.
It’s been months since they stated they would send me a replacement and I have not received. After following up on it, ONLY NOW have they sent it.
A nightmare to deal with.
After stating they will replace it, I got an email to my Apple account that they are instead trying to reactive the broken phone.
