Shameless opportunism
Terrible management of the Cotopaxi e-commerce by the company Quality Brans Gmbh, which handles the distribution of the brand in Europe. I took advantage of an ‘early bird’ style promotion the day before Black Friday but was sent an email the following day with a higher discount. The company never admitted the mistake and did not even consider a partial refund. The Customer Service was unsympathetic and unhelpful, repeating again and again that there is nothing they can do to help me. The company provided me with a 20% discount code, showing that they wanted to continue to fuel the brand's sales instead of understanding customers' criticism. I do not recommend buying from this website, use other retailers who offer a better service despite not being flagship e-commerce.
