Poor Customer Service
I am trying to resolve an issue with a Hurley Advant 5/3 Kids wetsuit, which I have submitted to Hurley’s customer service.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to get a satisfactory solution: the wetsuit was purchased in a physical store in Spain (it was a gift from my son’s grandmother), and customer service informed me that only the store where it was purchased could handle the issue.
I live in Portugal, which makes this process practically impossible.
Not always are the brands we admire most able to provide support when we need it.
It is frustrating to see an excellent product become unusable and not have a simple solution.
