Frustrating online shopping experience

I'm really disappointed with how
lululemon is handling an issue they
have caused. They have decided to remove the function of paying with giftcards in europe but yet continue to sell gift cards without letting people know about that.just want to let everyone know about giftcards in Europe. Think twice before buying them. I was gifted one for my birthday and my friends were not being told that gift cards are
not usable for online shopping in europe. I was really excited to purchase an item I liked when I received my gift card only to realise that gift cards cannot be used for online purchases. Thinking it must be a mistake I wrote to them and by the time they got back to me
the item had sold out. I requested for a refund for the gift card since the item is no longer available. It was a long process of being directed and redirected to someone that could 'help' me, only to be told sorry, gift cards are non refundable. It was an absolute waste of time. Why sell something that does not work?! I had thought a reputable brand like Lululemon would
do better. They have screwed up. Sold something that doesn't work, and expect customers to suck it up. They are practically telling to me to go to the stores, buy something else. OR buy something online from another country and then pay extra for the shipment, and then send them the receipt of what I bought and then they will refund me the gift card.
Is it normal to inconvenience customers this much when they are trying to be a supporter of your brand?????
Why do I have to go through so much hassle to buy from Lululemon?? There are many competitors out there. I think lululemon is getting complacent and perhaps consumers should be looking elsewhere if Lululemon doesn't care for their potential customers.

Lulu lemon gave me the wrong order

Lulu lemon gave me the wrong order. Ordered 1 item of clothing and they couldn’t even get that right. Gave me something completely different to what I had ordered. So disappointing. Rectifying the situation is not being made easy on their behalf

Lululemon cancelling order they previously confirmed

I ordered a product during lululemon’s Black Friday offer. They confirmed the order by sending a confirmation e-mail and payment sent. Also informed that shipment information to follow.

Three days later they sent an order cancellation claiming the product was not available. While the payment was refunded, they refused to compensate for their mistake, also they never said they sorry. Very bad service, not recommended.

AWFUL service in the eu

Brand new Align leggings with a seam completely unraveling, doesn’t qualify for a quality promise return?? The Canadian lululemon WOULD NEVER. EU lululemon is dispicable with customer service. Also another time, I ordered over 400eu of items from their website and the parcel said “delivered” when it was not. I have cameras surrounding my house, no one ever tried to deliver it

Worst customer support!

I bought a shorts on Amsterdam store 2 weeks ago. After using 3x the shorts have appearance of really old, with small balls like old sweaters. I emailed them. After a whole afternoon, 7 different emails they made me feel like I was lying. I sent proof of purchase, pictures and etc. I have gym clothes from all major brands. First and last purchase on this brand!

Great!!!!!

Many time order and return items from Lululemon webshop.. It was a great experience. I love that they use UPS, it’s always fast and reliable. It took 2 working days the package arrive in my home (NL) and the return process also was soo fast. My money is in my account within a week after the package delivered. Even when they have a big sales.. Delivery is always fast… So, never had a problem..

When "the worst" doesn't even begin to describe the experience

Terrible, terrible customer service. As a fellow Canadian and a lover of Lululemon, my opinion of the brand has forever changed after my horrible experience with customer service at Lululemon EU. No responses to chats, no responses to email, refund has not been issued, products on the website are cancelled. Overall, one of the worst online shopping experiences ever.

No discount for EU students, discount for UK students

I am a student and therefore, I can get a student discount on the UK website to deliver to the UK. I have since moved to Europe and I am no longer eligible for a student discount. Lulu is expensive, so 15% makes a big difference imo. I can't understand why a student who lives in the UK is worthy of a student discount, but their European equivalent is not entitled to a student discount. I do like the clothes though.

Terrible customer experience

Terrible customer experience. I have ordered one time from Lululemon and the package was not received by me. The tracking from the carrier shows as delivered, but it was never received by me. I did not sign the delivery slip nor provided an ID number for the delivery. I have tried to make them aware of the situation so that they can followup with the carrier and request an inquiry, but they just don't care and claim that I should just follow up with my bank. My bank has reached out to them, and they keep insisting that the package was delivered. So I am left without my purchase and without my money. The customer service is just oblivious to the situation, and they keep insisting that it is my problem. Excuse me?? You have FAILED to fulfil the terms of the agreement. YOU never delivered the package to me. I don't know who you gave the package to, but most definitely was not me. It is really aggravating and infuriating that I am just without any alternative to contest this situation. Please, do not purchase from this seller. I wish I would have visited this website prior to buying from this seller and spending my hard earned money. Do not make the same mistake i made.

aboslutely horrible website

aboslutely horrible website. been trying to order from them for days - when I Get to the checkout button, I either can't click review order or when I can, it turns out half of the items in my cart are out of stock (even though it doesn't show that they are out of stock on the actual website). Then I have to do everything all over again adn enter all my details and credit card details, and then again I either can't review my order to purchase or somethign else in the shopping cart ends up being out of stock. I have tried to contact their chat support but that doesn't work either. It's a shame becuase their clothes are my favorite workout and athleisure clothes but it's impossible to purchase fromEurope when their website is so bad!

One of the worst companies to ever sell…

One of the worst companies to ever sell anything online, took me over two months to return something, their customer service is not trained properly & the website is terrible!!!
I will never buy from them again and I will never step foot into any of their stores!!

Unprofessional and disappointing website

This website is the worst website ever ..at first they sent me the confirmation email saying that they will update me with the shipment number in 3 -4 business days + they withdrew the full amount of money from my visa .. after me sending many emails asking about the shipment number .. they have canceled my order without giving me a notice .. then they have denied receiving any payment in reality they charged me the full amount and my bank approved the transaction
