A lot of scammy techniques in their whole ordering process. Gift code box difficult to find, sale items cannot be returned and a lot of items are “on sale” so be careful, order was placed without me knowing it while I was looking for gift code box. Really negative shopping experience.

I use to absolutely love this clothing brand. To the point of owning and wearing mostly these clothes. I have purchased over 30 pieces. I raved about them on social media.

Unfortunately I have now received too many damaged or used items when I have purchased them new. Wool& customer service can be decent, but not always. They have firm policies and these policies are not in the consumer’s favor.

When I purchase non-returnable clothing from a high value brand- I expect them to be in new, perfect condition. If they show up used and damaged I expect to be able to return them for a full refund. This unfortunately is not the case with Wool&.

Ultimately I have decided to step away from ordering from this company. It makes me quite sad. But I can’t keep spending time and energy chasing down customer service and losing time and money.

Ik ben heel boos! Ik had 2 t shirts besteld voor mijn autistische dochter met sensory problemen. Ze vond ze niet fijn zitten dus ik wilde ze terug sturen. Zeggen ze ineens dat ze daar niet meer aan doen, terwijl op het briefje in mijn pakket staat dat ik naar returns.wooland.com moet gaan. In de email zeggen ze dat ik maar moet proberen ze op facebook te verkopen! Ik heb notabene 18 euro porto kosten betaald, naast deze peperdure t-shirts! In de email laten ze zien hoe er bij mijn order staat dat ze geen returns doen internationaal. Maar bij mijn order stond die tekst helemaal niet!

Further to my previous one star review I have been liasing with the USA arm of the company who have sorted returns through the European arm. After much discussion.
If you are not in the USA / just remember to order through the eu website.

I bought a dress and am waiting 7 business days now for delivery, i still do not have the delivery nor do I know where my parcel is , except that it's been shipped. I am very disappointed in the delivery service. Be aware you might have to wait Up to 12 business days for delivery in Europe from this wool&

Highly recommended! I own many pieces from Wool&, including 9 dresses and two leggings, and I love everything about this company! The sustainability practices, quality, and longevity of these clothing items is unmatched. I wear Wool& throughout the year in Spain and it does well in both the heat and cooler temperatures.

Ein tolles Unternehmen mit super Produkten und einem spitze Kunderservice. Fragen werden sofort persönlich beantwortet, man erhält sehr gute Ratschläge für alle Anliegen und wenn es mal ein Problem gibt, wird sofort eine gute Lösung gefunden. Seit ich diese Marke entdeckt habe, will ich keine andere Kleidung mehr tragen.

Ich liebe die Kleidung von wool&! Man bekommt slow fashion Produkte, die langlebig und vielseitig sind. Die meisten Produkte bestehen aus Merinowolle: Sie halten warm in der Kälte, kühl in der Hitze und sorgen durch die antibakteriellen Eigenschaften dafür, dass man die Kleidung seltener waschen muss.
Der Versand aus den Niederlanden nach Deutschland ist unglaublich schnell (bei mir meistens 2 Werktage) und der Service ist hervorragend. Auch Umtausch und Rückgabe funktionieren problemlos.

Ten eerste, wol is een fantastisch materiaal wat echt heerlijk draagt. Ik ben super blij met mijn wollen garderobe. Ten tweede, de klantenservice van Wool& is out of this world! Er was iets mis met mijn laatste bestelling, ik heb foto’s gestuurd en kreeg kostenloos een nieuwe jurk toegestuurd.
