Rubish company rubish quality no customer service, they didn't answer you never get order no refund money

Update: in one week after publishing this feedback I received the second parcel. So now I put 3 stars, because after ~ 2 months of waiting and mailing I received everything, and both drones work, lamp works too.

It seems that it's a SCAM company
I ordered few things 02.02.20 (2 drones, magic sand and lamp), 27.02 just one parcel with 2 drones arrived instead of two. I think they don't have the other stuff. Customer service promised to make a refund and return me money for the second parcel, but 24.03 still no money and they stopped to answer me.

This is an update of a previous review. I have upgraded my rating from 1 to 2 stars (I know, not much of a difference). After much back and forth with Eureka Science shop, they eventually refunded my money - 10 weeks after my first contact with them about the broken drone.

The drone is a joke. Worth about $5 at the most. And the customer service is just as bad. They reply to my inquiries with automated emails that don’t even address my issue.

I would never use this company. The customer service is almost as bad as the product. I ordered the drone in November and when the shipping said five weeks I told them to cancel it if it wouldn't get here by Christmas. Well it didn't get here until January. My husband thought it looked like fun so he opened it anyway. It never worked. I've been arguing for weeks with an unknown email account. Finally disputed the charges on Amex. Now they want a video. This is way too much trouble to go through for $35 but it's the principle!

If I could have given 0 stars on this rating, I would have. I placed my order on Dec. 8th, and still, nothing has arrived. No response via email or online chat. Sadly, it looks like many people have had the same experience. Very disappointing.

I ordered 2 eureka drones for Christmas presents. It took forever for them to arrive. When my granddaughters, age 14 and 12 opened them on Christmas, after charging them as per directions, one worked and the other never worked. Tried to contact them via telephone and on-line chat since Christmas, and could never get a response from either way. When I check their chat it shows the numerous times I have tried to contact them to no avail. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. Do not believe any of their reviews on their web site.

the worst customer service expirience. I bought a drone ti be delivered to Argentine and the company delivered it to Belgium. They don´t answer the phone or the message.

This is a SCAM company. DO NOT ORDER from Eureka Science Shop! I ordered 3 mini-drones the day after Thanksgiving. It's now January 9 AND NO PACKAGE. Customer service responds only with insipid automated messages. .

Edit: I ended up getting the item, miraculously a few days after writing this review! Hmm. Anyway, I wouldn't order from this company again. Item is very cheap feeling, not worth $34. Also not worth the wait - Order placed November 30, delivered January 13.

Ugh I can't believe I got scammed. This site looked so legit, too. Stupid drone advertisement on Facebook. I work in Marketing, I should know better, but the well-written website and emails fooled me.
At least I only ordered one, that is still "in transit" via China Post, since November. And now, Customer service automated emails come back associated with a business called "Leafy Souls?"
Red flags galore.

This is the worst online experience I have ever had - and unfortunately the previous reviews below a pretty much what happened to me. I hit them with daily emails and their FB page. I kept getting automated email replies. Ironically I then got a FB reply on Xmas Day , but its been down hill from the time I placed the order, which never arrived, although I did get an email saying a refund has been initiated - I'm not sure I believe them though. Never Never order anything from Eureka Science Shop

0 stars from me. Eureka Science Shop is a total scam. Ordered two drones costing $70 total a month ago and there is absolutely no hint that they are on the way. I'm getting the feeling that I will not be getting anything and if that's the case I will contact the credit card company and claim it as fraud. Seriously, stay away from Eureka Science Shop. Not worth it. I have gotten the balance for my credit card and cannot believe that it is up to $2500 eventhough I know that I did not spend more than $1500 on Christmas gifts. I cannot wait to get the statement to see if this website has anything to do with jacking up my credit card balance. Can't trust anything online nowadays. I only order two items online ( one being a Hess Toy truck ) and never received it but in that instance I blame FedEx... they said that they have a signature on file which is total bs. I did not sign for anything. The second item is from Eureka Science. Always buy at the stores.

Definitely a scam site. I ordered two items on 5 November 2019 and have never had any response to any of my emails following up with them.

Received one item of two. Getting canned replies when I contact support. Avoid at all cost.

Never received item. Bought in November. Scam site. Do not purchase from them.

I ordered two drones before Christmas and haven't received anything from this company. Although they charged my credit card for the full amount. Now I can't get in touch with anyone from this company!!!!!!
I feel like I have wasted my money on a scam company!!! If anyone knows how to get in touch with the company or has gotten their money back, please let me know!!!!!!

Do Not buy this product. I received a totally different drone. I have sent 3 e-mails to have them set it right. No response. Very poor customer relations, product even they don't support.

I bought two and they arrived a week after Christmas. Both do not work! I thought this was a U.S site but it’s come from China. Paid too much for absolute crap. So disappointing!

The quality of the product (UFO or drone) was very poor. I paid $50 and it looked like it was worth $10. The drone kept going straight up to the ceiling. Someone else I know bought one and one of the propellers fell off quickly

It's a total scam. I bought 3 over 5 weeks ago, nothing has arrived, they won't respond to my emails, nor chats. Don't buy from this site.
