Lots of issues and no customer service

Severe drop in quality: lighter weight, rust after a few uses in humidity, hole in canopy from start... but the worst is non-existent customer service.

Lighter in weight and design. The paint coating hardly covers the metal, which has allowed it to rust with just a few days of humidity. The paint color used to be gray but it is now a dirty off-white color. Canopy fabric is thinner. Mine came with a small hoe/tear in fabric. The weight bags are a joke (super thin). No longer comes with the stakes to mount it, as explained in the specifications. (See photo. The main bag only opens part way now, instead of curving to the front so getting the tent back in its bag is more of a struggle.

The worst part is that my item arrived dented and with a hole in the canopy, but because I didn’t put it up until the weather broke, it is past the time to return or replace.

I bought this for the quality (purchased one 4-5 years ago). If I’d have known it was as flimsy and cheap seeming, I’d have opted for one at a lower price. This is for my business and the last one I bought got 4-5 good years. I doubt this one will hold up more than 2.

I filed a complaint with the BBB. They won't even respond to that.

Easy to set up

I got my canopy a few weeks ago and the setup is very simple I can put it together by myself in just a few minutes and it makes my market days so much easier I like that it folds back down fast when I need to pack up

Good quality

I bought a blue canopy from Eurmax in May, and I have been using it at farmers market to sell my products, and the canopy has been performing great! What stands out to me is that the color of the canopy never fades and it stands among other canopies. It is definitely worth the price because it attracts so many customers for me!

Great customer service

I ordered a standard 10 by 10 canopy on their website, and it came with slight dents on the leg which didn’t affect the use. But I requested a new set of legs through customer service, and they sent me a new set very quick. The overall quality of the canopy is great, and I would purchase again.

Euromax 3 tier umbrella …

Ordered an umbrella on eBay first, they sent me the wrong color and gave me a discount to keep it, It was navy blue. I took a chance on Euromax website to order a black one, it was processed in a day and a half and at my house two days after that, looked great and save $20 over the price on Amazon

Good product TERRIBLE customer service.

My leg got bent when the tent was flipped over in the wind so I ordered a replacement leg.

I am on tour, so I'm a moving target and I emailed to inquire about shipping timelines and gave them the locations along my route and asked for their advice on which one to choose. This email was sent on a Monday at 3:58 PM, I did not receive a response until Thursday at 6:19 PM. The response was a generic copy and paste about shipping timelines that is already available on their website. Annoying, but I ordered the replacement leg and put an address two weeks out on my route.

I was in the email that orders are shipped 24 hours after they are placed. Well, three days later I hadn't received any shipping confirmation and I knew that per the timelines they provided that it would not make it to the address I put down for this order. I emailed to ask if they had an estimated ship date and to please update to my home address. No response.

5 days after that, still no tracking or shipping confirmation (this is now more than a week since I ordered) so I email again asking them to confirm that the new address has been updated and again asking about when this will ship.

I pretty quickly got a response to my original email (not the one I just sent) saying that they cannot update anything about the order one it was placed, meaning they can't change the address even if the package hasn't even been boxed up yet. Absolutely bizarre policy. Given that they failed abysmally to stick to their promised shipping deadline, you'd think maybe they could make an exception here. But nope!

They also told me that my order had in fact shipped and was out for delivery today. I go to check the tracking and it is for a 46 lb package (definitely not just a singular tent leg) and it was delivered to an address in MD, when I provided an address in WI (and the updated address is in GA).

I email back to let them know they sent the wrong tracking and asked them to provide the correct tracking or confirm they can update the new address.

Now 48 hours later: Crickets.

Absolutely shameful lack of customer service. I have no idea how this company remains in business and I plan to warn all my vendor friends to run away from this company as fast as possible the next time they need a new tent.

Received broken part - Refuse to respond

Received broken part - Refuse to respond - I emailed the company, per their terms, and NO RESPONSE after 3 weeks. I call and Im told I just have to wait that "the holidays" have them backed up. I ordered long before the holidays. Im tired of getting taken advantage of from companies who refuse to offer customer service beyond point of sale. I was telling other vendors about the canopy but now I will also include how poor customer service is and how they do not care about customers after they sell you the product. To me that is fair. I now have to scrap this $400 canopy and buy another one with out broken parts so I can be safe and secure when working outdoor events.

As a vendor

As a vendor, have had the opportunity to use different display tents over the years. Ever since I tried Eurmax, there is no way that I can go with another tent that stays anywhere near this price range. The only time that I had a problem was fault of my own when I did not properly secure the top. I get comments about how stable my tent is compared to others that are being easily blown around. I think that it is true for any tents and that is to to ensure that if guy lines can be used, that they are, with still using weights to ensure ultimate stability because of weather's unpredictability.
There are not many display tent companies in this price range, too, that offer replacement parts such as a new canopy top.
I do also ensure that I clean the walls and the top periodically so that it stays attractive. I've noticed that many or most vendors do not do that. I believe that the longevity has much to do with how we care for our items.
I had a question for them recently and they responded right away. So I appreciate their customer service in addition to their great product.
I intend to continue using the company and recommending them.

I FINALLY got through to customer…

I FINALLY got through to customer service. I had to ask three times for the agent to speak up. I have a Eurmax 10 x 10 canopy that blew over in a slight wind and broke three trusses. I ordered replacements and a week and a half later they arrived. I set up the canopy to affect repairs. The trusses sent are 60” and the trusses in my canopy are 40” but I was told several times that’s not true as they don’t make 40” trusses. No amount of telling her I am standing in my canopy and the trusses are 40” did any good. She indicated I was lying. I don’t see how this company stays alive. Good customer service is everything.

Company SUCKS

Company SUCKS. No response from customer service. Order 2 items from their site and 3 months later still have not received them. The status states "Processing". Several times I have requested an update with no response. I now am trying to cancel the order and no response. I have no confidence in this company and will never buy anything from them again. Their products are made in China. Pay up and buy American.

No integrity

The quality of the 10x10 canopy, frame, and walls are standard. However this company is deceitful and unresponsive to complaints. Questioned about where the products are made, the response is the company is in El Monte, CA. The answer is China.

Searching their site for "replacement wall", the consumer finds a product that is NOT a replacement but a totally inferior "back wall", which is not made clear. The person on the phone says to email any complaints or requests for remedy. No one replies.

3 Weeks Later and Still Nothing...

It has been three weeks and I'm still waiting for my canopy to ship. According to their website, it was supposed to arrive within 3-5 business days. When I received no confirmation, as their website says you will, and not shipping notification, I called. Spoke to a rep who said that the canopy was out of stock. We changed colors to one that was in stock and the rep said that she would send and updated invoice. Nothing. After another week I called again and they updated my order status to shipped. Checked tracking with UPS and it still hasn't been shipped, they only created a label. Another week later and nothing has changed. I purchased this canopy in advance of two events. Those have now passed and I'm wondering if I'll ever see the canopy. Customer service is very polite and friendly but follow through is horrible. Can I give zero stars?

Won’t replace damaged canopy.

Just a couple of months after assembling my EliteShade 10x13 gazebo, the canopy started having wear holes and the stitching for the pockets was coming undone. I was told numerous time that canopies were on back order because of COVID. I was patient considering, but started asking again. I got an email today informing me that I was misinformed and replacement canopies aren’t available. They concluded the message with “sorry for the inconvenience”. I’m now out $1,000. I submitted a complaint with the BBB. Total lack of customer service and failure to stand behind their product.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have requested a customized canopy, and have to call Eurmax every week to get updates. After *three months*, I still haven't been able to move forward with a canopy top. I had to ask whether or not they had the typefaces used in our artwork before giving approval. I submitted fonts and approval over two weeks ago, and I still haven't heard from Eurmax.

I strongly suggest you go elsewhere for professional service. These people are unreliable -- a JOKE.
