Received a composite door that had no gasket in the glass and after installation when came heavy rains it leaked through glass and flooded floor in new extension.
2 months on since first reported still not sorted.
After sales is a total shambles.
Will never get another product from this company hopeless

We'd been looking for a quality product to replace our old skirting board. We were really impressed by not only how good the product looked once it was in place, but how quick and easy it was to install. It looks really smart and the attachments for corners worked really well. We managed to do the skirting for a really awkward hallway in a couple of hours. We've still a couple more rooms to do so hoping that goes as smoothly again. We did need to communicate regarding delivery as everywhere was held up due to very bad winter weather, and was assured by Wayne that our delivery would be with us before the end of the week - and it was. Really pleased with their efficiency, price, and quality.

Ordered on the Wednesday night and message on Thursday morning to say it was ready for collection , Guy behind counter was polite and helpfull , no problems with their service , nothing wrong with product , they seem to have plenty stock but I was only ordering simple white pvc trim , nothing fancy but will be able to tell better when i order next time for coloured pvc , but overall very happy with product and price and service.

Was opening a trades account with the company and the process was very quick. Also was happy with the products purchased and delivery was rapid which always helps
